The Space:

A fun-filled and relaxing family getaway is awaiting you at this beachside retreat. Not only will you be able to spend your days on the sand, you will also have access to four tennis courts, two shared pools, a bocci ball court, and a shuffleboard court! If you would rather get your energy out in the water, paddleboards and canoes are available to rent! Enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the emerald waters before slipping into your swimsuit and spend a day by the pool simply soaking in the fact that you are able to relax in peace. After you have reached your limit of sunshine for the day, head back upstairs and cook a delicious meal in the full kitchen for everyone to enjoy as the sun dips below the horizon.



Make the most of this location and rent a canoe or paddleboard for a bit of adventure in the inlet or out on Lake Powell. Take the quick walk over to downtown Carillo to grab a local cup of coffee or a plate of seafood from the local cafe and restaurant. Though the serenity of this area is amazing, you may want to venture out and get a piece of the action. If this is the case, drive eight miles up the coast and you will find Pier park for shopping, Aaron Bessant Amphitheater for concerts, and Gulf World for aquarium viewing and dolphin shows! Plus, hiking is available in Camp Helen State Park as well, only a short drive away.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Best unit on the property for a family of four

Have stayed at Pinnacle Port multiple times in various units. This was by far was the nicest. Fantastic location close to both pools and the beach. Completely remodeled, spacious, clean

Fantastic spot on the beach!!

We loved this condo. The accommodations were perfect fornour family of 5. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. The kid's played on the beach for hours.

Perfect spot

Beautiful condo with a great location! This was the perfect spot for our family. Right on the water and close proximity to everything we needed. It made for the perfect getaway with our family. Beautifully updated!! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect Location

What a place. We stayed for a week in August 2023. The beach is 200 yards out the front door! Clean, spacious and perfect for our family of five. We loved the place and will definitely be back!

Great condo - no steps!

Condo was very clean. No steps or elevators to worry with - you step out of your door and only a few steps to the beach.

Wonderful Week!

We have been going to Pinnacle Port for a long time and thought this was one of the best condos we have stayed in. Very nicely updated and decorated, plenty of den seating, nice tvs in every room. The kitchen has everything you need from coffee to cooking if you wish. The first floor was very convenient since you could walk right out your front door and a short walk to the beach. The will definitely be back. Thanks for a great week!

Spring break

We loved the location of this condo within Pinnacle Port. The condo was recently updated and felt clean and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again. Didn’t love that communication with Vacasa (prop mgr) was all done through a bot. We got there before check in, could clearly see that the property was clean and ready to use but they refused to allow us to check in early (because it wasn’t a real person). Didn’t majorly impact our trip, but it lost the personal connection we’ve grown accustomed to by using vrbo instead of a direct property manager.

Convenient as can be

The condo is seconds to a minute of a walk to the playground, small pool, and beach access. Condo has a full kitchen as expected, anything I needed was available, plus a large and small Keurig. More than enough towels. 4 beach chairs. The living room and table seats a good 7 people. Modern appliances, dishwasher, stacked washer and dryer available. I only needed my people and food. Everything else was available and taken care of, this is coming from a single mom with a teen and 1st grader. The complex is super safe and you learn your way around easily. This unit's location was perfect for us. Just be sure you read the emails as they come and complete paperwork for the gate entrance 1-2 days prior to arrival.

Condo was great, Vacasa is a nightmare

The condo itself was wonderful! Updated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. My issues are with the management company, Vacasa. I received an email from Vacasa indicating that beach service was included with the rental (2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella) to be reserved through the vendor on the beach. We thought this was a great perk and left our beach chairs at home. Turns out beach chairs are not included. I reached out to Vacasa several times and the only response I received was to “be patient” while they look for a solution. Vacasa is now saying that they did not send the email, even though I have forwarded it and sent screenshots to them. This greatly impacted our trip. The listing also indicates “free internet”. Prior to check in we received a WiFi netowork name and password to connect to. It did not work. Come to find out, there is no WiFi. Not even power to the router. There is a public WiFi that was unreliable. We had 1 bar of cell service so our hotspots would not connect. Vacasa told me no private WiFi in PP - not true. I understand that things happen and things can break, etc. but this was not the case. I also would have appreciated a bit of communication and transparency from Vacasa. If they admitted there was no WiFi and they should update the information, I would not have been upset. Upon check in, the door was wide open. This didn’t impact our stay but I wouldn’t trust my property with a company who does not ensure the property is secure.
