Soak up the plentiful Florida sunshine on the private, furnished balcony with both lounge chairs and a dining set. This Gulf-front resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna. As for coveted Seagrove Beach, it offers a prime, central location on Scenic Highway 30A.



Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you'll be able to rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.

Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay.
