This listing was NOT accurate to listing photos and was very misleading. Upon arrival, we discovered damage throughout the entirety of the condo. There is significant water damage in the en suite bathroom -- to the point the bottom of the door was dragging the ground and fell out completely while there. Baseboards were puckered and unappealing in there as well. The carpet is fraying at all transition spaces. There is peeling ceiling in several spaces. The walls are desperate for a coat of paint. There is a literal hole rotted out under kitchen cabinets. The coffee table had a split in it, and the couch a large stained spot. There is no sitting chair in the living room, as pictured, and only 1 nightstand instead of 2. The listing photo does NOT show a ladder readily accessible on the bunk bed, and yet, there was a secured one, which made us worried for our toddler to use the space. The balcony was filthy, covered in bird droppings, and had a broken chair and the screen door was just placed on the tracks and not secured. When we attempted to actually use it, it just fell off. We were informed when we went to the beach that we would not be allowed to use our toddlers domed canopy to keep her out of the sun due to beach restrictions-- something not noted prior to. The beach area we were allowed to use was small and restricted by physical boundary lines, behind 4 rows of chairs and umbrellas. The Avari Team has been near impossible to communicate with about these concerns.
