Take your morning cup of coffee out onto the ocean view balcony and connect to the free WiFi to snap a few pictures. The full-size, private washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while you lounge in the central A/C. Hit the fitness center for an invigorating workout and then head down to the beach and rent a stand-up paddle board to get out on the wave. Treat everyone to a night out at one of the local fresh seafood restaurants and then melt the stress away with a long soak in the master bathroom's Jacuzzi tub. Of course, if you'd rather cook your own meals, the fully stocked, updated kitchen has all the appliances, tools, and space you might need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to multi-course dinners. This condo is well suited for families, and offers views of the gulf and the lagoon-style swimming pool from the private balcony. Whether you're hitting the waves, flying down the water slides at the water park, or basking in the sun at the pool, the ocean view Florida condo makes it easy to enjoy everything the beach has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW

Two sofa beds - one queen-size pull-out and one twin-size pull-out. You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
