Guess Access Guests have full access to the home, grounds, garage, and private dock, with the exception of three locked closets. At times, we may need access for trash removal or maintenance, but this will always be done with the guest’s permission. Your comfort and privacy are our top priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay. Groundskeeping: Professional landscaping service is typically scheduled for Thursdays. Irrigation runs automatically at 11 PM and 5 AM to maintain the lawn and gardens. Please have personal items off the grass each night so nothing gets wet, and ensure all toys are off the lawn by Thursday morning so the grass can be mowed.
The Space Our north shore lakefront retreat enjoys sunlight all day, with the dock remaining sunny into the evening, perfect for extended swimming, sunbathing, or relaxing on a Ratana lounge chair with a good book. While the afternoon brings some shade, there is plenty of fun for all ages, including swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, jumping on the water trampoline, playing on the foam water mat, and yard games like bocce ball and corn hole. For indoor fun, head to the garage for a game of ping pong away from the sun.
This two-story, open-concept home comfortably accommodates your group of 14 guests: 12 adults and 2 children. The main floor features the living room, dining area, and modern kitchen, along with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and two bathrooms. A bright breezeway-style hallway at the back of the house provides access to the garage, laundry room, and amenities including complimentary firewood, watercraft, and yard games.
Upstairs, you will find Jack and Jill-style bedrooms sharing a connected bathroom, with a queen in one room and a twin-over-full in the other. The entertainment room doubles as the children’s bunk area, with two low-profile bunk beds recommended for kids only, a twin bed, and theater-style seating for six complete with video games, perfect for family movie nights or game time.
Whether you are looking to relax lakeside, enjoy outdoor adventures, or gather indoors for fun and entertainment, this home offers a seamless blend of comfort, style, and recreation.
Features Description We have a smoker, not a BBQ, available for your use. We provide pellets and detailed instructions, making it a delicious way to cook meat or fish. An extra fridge in the garage offers ample space for groceries, so feel free to bring plenty of supplies. There is also a chest freezer stocked with four complimentary bags of ice, ideal for keeping drinks cold in a cooler on the lakeside porch.
The lake is incredible, and you may not want to leave, so we recommend shopping beforehand. If you forget anything, there is a Safeway in Arlington, or Haggen in Mount Vernon, both about a 35-minute drive from the property.
For Guests with Allergies: The area rug in the family room is made of natural fibers and may shed, which can resemble pet hair. This is a normal characteristic of the rug, and rest assured, this is a pet-free home.
