Set in the heart of the Smokies, this Two-Bedroom Villa at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park combines rustic charm with modern comfort. With about 1,000 square feet of living space, this villa sleeps up to eight guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups.

The villa features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (jetted tub and walk-in shower), a second bedroom with a queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa and a double sleeper sofa in the living area. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo ensures added convenience. Guests also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, and a furnished balcony or patio to take in the mountain air. Flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi make it easy to stay entertained and connected.

The resort is packed with amenities for all ages. Families will love the indoor Wild Bear Falls Water Park, outdoor pools, and hot tubs. Other features include a fitness center, barbecue grills, playgrounds, and a game room. On-site dining and a convenient location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge make it easy to explore local favorites like Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and lively downtown areas.

Pet Policies & Fees:
- Allowed Pets: Dogs only. Cats are generally not permitted.
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
- Weight Limit: Combined weight of the pets must not exceed 60 pounds.
- Size Limits: Dogs cannot exceed 36 inches in length or height.
- Fees: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation is charged, plus a $150 refundable pet deposit. (Fees subject to change.)
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Sharpei, Alaskan Malamute, and Presa Canario.

On-Site Rules:
- Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left alone in the room unless they are kept in a pet carrier or crate.
- Public Areas: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and are not allowed in public areas like restaurants, spa spaces, or the water park.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

- BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes.
