MOUNTAIN TOP RETREAT!! Views, views, views. Overlooking Wears Valley and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. In the luxurious Preserve Resort, located in Wears Valley - a short distance from Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Cades Cove. This cabin has it all: hot tub, pool table, foosball, dartboard, air hockey, blackjack/roulette table, electric fireplace, and Blu-ray players (enabling you to access your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.). With all these amenities in the cabin combined with the breathtaking view, you can pack your clothes, toothbrush, and groceries and never leave this great vacation getaway during your stay. If the park or entertainment interests you, you are only a short drive away!

1 King bed in bedroom, 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 futon mattresses in loft above game room.

Charcoal grill.

Coffee maker is a dual function - can do regular pot of coffee or K-Cups.

2 Seasonal Community Pools, Year-Round Fitness Center, Year-Round Catch and Release Fishing!
- Enjoy access to The Preserve Resort Community Pool OR
- Access to the Honeysuckle Meadows Pool and Deli (located on Happy Hollow Rd (just as you turn off Wears Valley Rd toward the cabin)
- Fitness Center is located by the Resort Pool (behind the Club House)
- Catch and Release Fishing is located at the Honeysuckle Meadows Pool and Deli

* This property is pet friendly (dogs only) for up to 2 dogs, no weight limit.
Pet Rules:
- Up to date on all annual vaccinations, as well as heartworm and flea/tick medication
- No pets on furniture or bedding
- All pets are to be crated when left in the cabin unattended
- Be sure to click “Pets” when reserving so that the pet fee will be applied to your reservation

Smoking, vaping, etc. permitted outdoors only. We ask that you leave no trace.

** We highly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance to protect them in the case of emergencies, illness, death, weather, COVID-19 related issues, etc. As long as the state of TN and County of Sevier are open, our cancellation policy will remain as stated.

Great place to stay with breath taking views. Perfect getaway cabin in the mountains. Immaculate place with a great layout . Loved the loft game room and second floor deck with hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin for the money! Plenty of towels and the prestocked items were plenty for our small family stay. Thing only negative was it appeared the floors had not been swept when we arrived. The hosts communicated great and were very responsive. The location gave you quick access to just about anything you’d want to do.

The cabin was very relaxing. Great location, did some shopping locally and traveled to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Did a lot of working from the cabin, it was nice to sit in the cabin or on the deck with the amazing view. So relaxing. We stayed a majority of our time in the cabin, game room was nice to take a break in.

We had a great time at our cabin. All the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our older girls loved learning how to play pool with the adults. It was a beautiful location, the view of the mountains was exactly what we wanted.

Definitely worth the stay!!!

Location and cabin were absolutely amazing did not want to come back home the view was gorgeous and so relaxing to sit back and see it from the hot tub the only thing was that all the jets in the hot tub do not work and the living room could use a new couch and sofa overall we loved it and will definitely be back!!!!

Thanks so much for your feedback. The owners just replaced the sleeper sofa and love seat in October, and had the pump on the hot replaced as well due to a leak, so that should help with the jets as well. We are glad you enjoyed and look forward to your return!
