Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 4 bedroom townhome and back patio, as well as access to the community pool, and beach walkover. Guest must register vehicles prior to stay to be supplied to Sawgrass for gate entry passes. You are allowed up to 3 registered drivers.

Sawgrass is a premier, gated master-planned community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, renowned for its, golf-centric lifestyle, including the TPC Sawgrass courses



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)



GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:



1. Complete a quick guest verification.

2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.

3. Choose one of the following protection options:



*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.



We'll send you a secure guest portal link before your arrival to complete these quick steps. It only takes a few minutes and helps create a smoother, worry-free experience for everyone.
