Bring or rent a boat, hike in the mountains or visit historic Fort Ticonderoga, there is so much to do. Also pet friendly!

The home features three bedrooms: one with a full-size bed, and two bedrooms each furnished with two single beds. Three parking spots available.

Cook dinner in the kitchen or large outdoor grill and serve on the deck while overlooking beautiful sunsets.

Rent a boat from Snug Harbor Marine (located just 2 miles away). Or launch your own boat 2 miles away. Restaurants and shopping 5 miles away.

Scrape grill
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not use the indoor or outdoor fireplace. No Fires or Fireworks on property.
You will be given a code to the lock box. Please return key to Lock Box before you leave and scramble the numbers.
Parking for 3 vehicles/trailers only. 2 directly across the street 1 on the house side of the road, between the two planters.

We had a great stay at Tom and Jenn’s. The house was very homey and well stocked with anything we could have needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood/part of the lake so great for a relaxing and being close to the water!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is located in a quiet area with a lot of privacy, which was exactly what we were looking for. It has a beautiful garden, and the whole place felt so cozy and welcoming, just like home. The views of the mountains, the lake, and the sunsets from the deck are breathtaking! The water was wonderful, warm and clear, with no weeds, so we swam a lot, which was great. The house was very clean and fully equipped. It is a very dog-friendly area, and our dog loved it here too! A huge thank you to Jenn and Tom for sharing their lovely home with us!

This house is truly a gem on the shores of Lake George! The location right on the clear blue water, with beautiful lake and mountain views from the deck, was perfect. We loved using the paddle boards and we rented a boat from the nearby marina. The dock and easy water access with a sandy bottom were great.The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, ACs, washer/dryer, and thoughtful touches like the two jugs of water, towels on each bed, and plush beach towels. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. I would suggest to get the access code while having cell service as service is spotty outside the house. Once inside Wi-Fi works well. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!
