Why they chose this property
My love of travel first brought me to Daytona Beach over 30 years ago. The love of the ocean, and the sunshine was the attraction. My purchase was originally to give me an excuse every year to have a place to go unwind, feel close to nature and have the ability to experience just about anything you may want to experience on a vacation: from simply laying on the beach and doing absolutely nothing, to choosing to cook in or go out, or even just barbeque at the resort.
Going fishing is minutes away, as are just about anything most people would like to do. You can swim in the pool or just a few feet away swim in the ocean. Miniature to pro golf are minutes away. There are old fashion rock n roll type saloons to hi-tech night clubs. Stroll on the boardwalk with your better half or take a daring bungee jump.
It’s an hour away to Disney or Cape Canaveral, and if you’re a NASCAR fan, what could be better? If motorcycles are your thing, you'll find what your looking for in this town. Young or old. male or female, if you’re the laid back type, or always need something to keep you going, you'll find it in Daytona Beech. This resort is just close enough to all the action to keep you involved and far enough away to allow you to unwind. I don't believe there is a better choice in the Daytona Area to spend a vacation, than at this resort. That's why people including myself, have been returning for over 30 years.

What makes this property unique
This is very well maintained, small resort. When you come here, you always meet friends, which gives this Resort the big family feeling. Everything in this property is new, or in near new, condition. It is a standard to keep the property well maintained. The boat shaped design of the resort is unique All the rooms are ocean front. That is a rare find.
