Spend your mornings enjoying coffee in the crisp mountain air, your afternoons exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, and charming mountain towns, and your evenings relaxing under a sky filled with stars.
The Space
Starlight Summit is a thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bathroom mountain condo with approximately 804 square feet of comfortable living space, making it perfect for up to four guests. Built in 2012, the home blends cozy mountain charm with modern conveniences, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the High Country. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double Murphy bed in the living room, making the home ideal for couples, small families, or close friends traveling together.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a propane indoor fireplace that operates by remote. On cooler evenings, it creates a cozy mountain ambiance while you relax, read a book, or watch your favorite shows.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you are cooking a full dinner or simply brewing coffee before heading out for the day, the kitchen includes essential appliances and cooking tools including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, baking sheets, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and more.
The dining space and kitchen island provide seating for enjoying meals together, while the living area offers plenty of space to unwind after a day of adventure.
Step outside onto the private patio or balcony to enjoy peaceful mountain surroundings. The outdoor space includes comfortable seating where you can relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of the High Country.
Resort-Style Amenities at Echota
Guests staying in Echota have access to a variety of resort-style amenities located within both the Echota community and Echota on the Ridge. Please note that the Summit pool and fitness center are reserved exclusively for owners and are not available for guest use.
Amenity access requires a mandatory HOA fee of $16 per rental night, with a maximum charge of $75 per stay. This fee is required by the HOA and cannot be waived.

Please note that the Summit pool located near the condo is strictly for owners only, and Echota management enforces this policy.
