Sunrise Splash is a spacious 6-bedroom, 4 full bath, 2 half-bath cabin in Sevierville, sleeping up to 12 guests. With paved roads and driveway access, getting here is easy—no steep mountain roads—while still being just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 25 minutes from Gatlinburg.

Entering on the lower level, you’ll find three queen bedrooms, each with flat-screen TVs. One bedroom features a private full bathroom, another includes a half bath, and the remaining bedroom shares nearby amenities. This level also offers a cozy gaming lounge with arcade games, a large flat-screen TV, a kitchenette for quick snacks and drinks, and an additional half bathroom.

Upstairs is the main gathering space with an open kitchen, dining, and living area designed for family time. The dining table seats 12 with extra seating for 3 at the kitchen island, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for vacation cooking. The living room features a couch and two loveseats arranged around a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV.

Also on the upper level are three additional bedrooms. Two king suites include private ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and access to the screened porch. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle and a bathroom located just across the hall, along with the laundry room.

For entertainment, the main game room includes a massive TV, pool table, and foosball table—perfect for friendly competition. Step outside to the covered deck with a gas grill, which leads down to the outdoor entertainment area.

The highlight of Sunrise Splash is the seasonal private outdoor pool with a slide, surrounded by lounge space for relaxing in the Smoky Mountain sunshine. The pool house also features an additional seasonal bathroom for added convenience.

The cabin is in great need of TLC. The photos online were obviously from 15 years ago. The floors were sticky and the walls looked as filthy. Televisions were broken, furniture was rickety if not broken. Grounds were very unkept. The lawn was a foot tall and the shrubs were just as unruly. Duct tape is literally holding parts of the walls together in the house. Windows were dirty, tubs had patch jobs in them, door frames were rotted. To feel dirty on a vacation because the house you booked wasn't at all what you viewed online is awful!! We have pictures of everything and even photos of previous reviews that never made it to the internet. My job is to review this home honestly so others will at least know what to expect.
