- The building has relatively thin walls, and noise can travel
- No smoking on the premises; $500 fee for violations
- Stairs are required to access this second-story unit
- Located in a 10-unit apartment building with other tenants and guests. The Balboa Boardwalk is also directly in front of the building. Although we encourage all guests to be mindful of their volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely quiet stay.
- Please note that this unit does not come with reserved on-site parking. However, convenient alternatives are available nearby: the closest paid lot is just steps away, and another is located slightly over a block from the property. Limited free street parking is also available in the surrounding area, though it can be challenging to find—especially during summer months and holiday weekends when demand is high.
- Beach chairs will not be offered on a first come first serve basis. They are located on the shared deck space in the plastic bin.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property, per City of Newport Beach short-term rental regulations. The primary guest`s age will be verified prior to check-in.
