Only one elevator worked through the whole resort so that was a huge inconvenience. We had to call for soap as there as none in the entire condo. it wasn’t as clean as it looked in the pictures and it could use some upgraded cooking pans.

Thank you for your feedback — I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. The elevator situation was a major inconvenience; we reported it to resort management right away and will continue to push for repairs. There should have been soap in the condo — that’s on our turnover checklist, and we’ve reminded housekeeping and updated procedures to prevent this happening again. I’m also sorry the unit didn’t appear as clean as expected; we’ll review this with our cleaning team and add an extra inspection step. Finally, we’ll replace and upgrade the cookware based on your note. Thanks for letting us know — your comments help us improve, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back after these fixes.
