The room was clean and smelled faintly of cleaner when we checked in—a strong start for our stay here. The pool and fitness center access was a little confusing, but no complaints. Don't get mixed up by the pictures though, there's no hot tub. I think overall, my only complaint

There are unclear cleaning fees, they charge you for cleaning but then leave a book out telling you cleaning up the place yourself. This place is not owned by a person, but by a company ("Fairly") which is offshore. The check in was not properly conveyed, they had troubles finding it, the walls are paper thin, and then they dinged us on the cleaning fees. Stay well away!

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The cleaning fee is set and collected by the booking platform as part of the reservation process—it is not a fee that we personally add after your stay. The checkout instructions simply ask guests to complete a few basic courtesy tasks, such as placing used towels in one location and disposing of trash, which is standard practice for many vacation rentals. These requests do not replace the professional cleaning that takes place after every stay. We’d also like to correct the statement regarding ownership. This property is personally owned and operated by us—it is not owned by an offshore corporation. While Fairly is the booking platform used to manage reservations, they are not the owner of the property. We appreciate all guest feedback and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable stay and prompt communication throughout every reservation.
