This beautiful place was perfect for our small family (three adults and a thirteen year old daughter). The home was immaculate—so super clean. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and located within minutes of so many neat Louisville activities and great restaurants and hidden gems. The hosts put so much love and thought into their Vrbo. The hosts were so wonderful to communicate with and quickly answered any questions I had and offered great suggestions of places nearby to try. We can’t wait to return and explore more of Louisville.

Our stay was excellent! Lillian is a great communicator and everything was so seamless. We had a hiccup in our booking (my fault) and she went out of her way to help accommodate us at another property if we needed it. The house was super clean and cozy. Toiletries were included in the bathrooms and we were even able to do a load of laundry as they left a pod for us to wash our stuff. I will certainly recommend this property to any friends or family visiting Louisville.

Nice home. Very friendly hosts. Everything in the home in new for the most part. The only issue we had with the property is the 3 bedroom listing. It has 2 nice bedrooms on the upper floor. However, the "3rd bedeoom" is a small room in the corner of the basement. There is NO walkout, NO egress window, not even a smoke detector. This home really needs to be listed as a 2 bedroom. My children wouldnt even sleep down there, they slept on the livingroom couch which was pretty comfortable. If I would have known it was a 2 bedroom home, I wouldnt have stayed here. It was specifically in my trip guidelines.

We would like to gently clarify that the home is listed as a 3-bedroom property, with the additional space described as a bonus TV room. In the listing description, we do note that this room is not a traditional bedroom and is furnished with a pullout couch. Our goal is always to be as transparent as possible so guests can make the best decision for their needs. That said, we truly regret any confusion or disappointment this may have caused during your stay.
