The outdoor spaces are every bit as special, including an expansive screened porch, a large deck for sunbathing, and a patio underneath the house with an enclosed outdoor shower (with hot water) and patio seating.



Other great features include a primary bedroom suite with custom closets and a private bath offering a tile shower, a hallway bath (to pair with the second bedroom) with a unique Singer sewing machine sink, and a fish-cleaning station in the garage.
