This VRBO was worth every penny that our group paid! We were a party of 4 celebrating a little reunion and birthday celebration! The hosts are amazing and cared for EVERY detail, communicated easily and even left a special treat for our birthday friend! There was PLENTY of kitchenware for us to cook with and they very graciously have stocked tons of things for us. I would recommend bringing food and cooking, this cottage is just too adorable to not thoroughly enjoy. We were given so many recommendations by the hosts and the beach walk was less than an hour and was gorgeous. It is a quiet neighborhood and The view is incredible. The little porch out front made morning coffee delightful. The bathroom was spacious enough and had hooks/hangers for all our girlie stuff. The water runs yellow but none of us had any issues with it. The futon folds out and we comfortably fit 4 women in the cottage. The Tv worked great and we enjoyed birthday pie and wine while chilling late night. While its an hour from Newport, this cottage is absolutely worth it and i highly recommend this booking!!
