Escape to our charming coastal retreat, tucked away inside the secure, gated Oceanside Village resort style community in Surfside Beach, SC. If you are planning a getaway or a relaxing vacation with family and friends, our home is the perfect spot for year round comfort and lasting coastal memories. We rent Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall for 7 to 14 nights or up to 30/60/90 nights stay..

Our cottage is designed for relaxation and sleeps 6 comfortably:
* Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed, a spacious walk-in closet and En Suite bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: Equipped with a Full and Twin bed setup with Bathroom access and a walk-in closet.
* Living Area: Includes a Full-size sleeper sofa, Loveseat , 2 Recliners, Chair and an Air mattress located in the hall closet.
* Bathrooms: 2 modern, full bathrooms with handicap toilets. Full size tub/shower and a Walk-in shower.

* Schedule: Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
* Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m.

* Our home is treated inside and out every 3 months for pest control. Please take out the trash and cardboard boxes often to reduce any problems with pests and place Garbage can at roadside on Trash pickup day.

Must have Drivers license to Drive the Golf Cart. No fireworks. No parking on the grass. No under age drinking. No parties.
Golf Cart must be clean, plugged-in, parked in the locked shed while not in use. Check water level in batteries under the seats add distilled water.
Must be 16 to drive the Golf Cart with a valid License. Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. No more than 5 people on the Golf Cart

The house is great! AC was fantastic and it literally has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Responses to questions were always super speedy. I do feel like the listing can be a little misleading. It shows three bedroom, or two bedrooms with a den. The third bedroom or den is just the living room. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Family beach getaway

Nice cozy cottage with a spacious screened in porch, which was great. 1-2 minute walk to the pool, golf cart to get to the beach, quiet, peaceful and friendly community. Can't really ask for much more for a beach vacation! Host communication was outstanding, very prompt. From reservation to check in and check out, everything was easy and simple. We very much enjoyed everything about this experience.

Annual Myrtle Beach Trip

Overall a nice setup for a smaller group. Close to the main attractions within the village and with the provided golf cart, just a quick drive over to the ocean with reserved parking area for the golf carts. Most everything you need in the kitchen and a short drive to a few grocery stores for supplies for your stay. Ample parking for two plus cars, which is rare within the village as most barely have room to park two vehicles. Three TV's, so no need to fight over what to watch. Netflix included, and a selection of DVD's and games. Huge screened in porch with seating and table, plus a swing.

My entire family quickly fell in love with this home. We are also The Shepherds, and Bill & Rachel’s Place is the epitome of “home away from home!” From booking my first VRBO, to check-in and reporting an incident; LaTina was wonderful to work with. The house is immaculately stocked, organized and clean (coming from someone who has spent hours cleaning when I first arrived to other rentals). This has been the first and only location in almost 25 years of vacationing in MB that my husband has NOT seen a waterbug/roach, which had him highly impressed. We loved the proximity to the outdoor pool, always our first priority when staying in OSV with 3 children. The kids were excited to have a golf cart this year and I loved how that one amenity helped to keep our rental vehicle mostly sand-free. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy our new favorite beach house.

Living the Good Life

Easy process to rent, check-in, and get settled. Interior of house was exactly as pictured, so there were no surprises. Everything we needed for our month's vacation was there. Especially loved the screened in porch where we spent all our indoor time - it was roomy and peaceful. Proximity to pool was great, and use of golf cart for short ride to beach was fun - and didn't have to worry about a place to park!!!

Our mom has owned and operated this home since 2004. She has taken great pride in creating a home and making it multi-family friendly place for your next vacation.

Why they chose this property

Our location with its circle drive and spacious open living area. It's quiet, cozy and it's comfortable! With a large yard. and shade trees for the kiddos or yourself to enjoy. We are only a 4th of a block away from the outdoor pools, splash pad and the jacuzzi areas. And just a short ride over to the indoor pool, kiddie pool and Jacuzzi, you can enjoy those amenities too. OSV offers a Worship Center, Cumminity Center and Activities center. There is Baseball , Basketball, Tennis and Bocce Ball courts for even more entertainment. Then you are just a short ride to the Beach on the golf cart with private ocean front parking with a OSV Pass.

Oceanside Village is located in Surfside Beach, Garden City with Murrells Inlet, The Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach SC where there are plenty of Shopping Centers, Flea Markets, Amusement Parks, Zoo, Restaurants, Pubs and Grills, Swim Shops, Putt Putt Golf, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding or whatever your pleasures are within minutes away.

-Grocery and Door dash deliveries are available in most areas.

What makes this property unique

OCEANSIDE VILLAGE:
OSV has gated beachfront parking lot that gives our Oceanside Residents and Visitors with a pass has direct access to the beach. Also included at this site are outdoor showers and mens and womens restroom facilities.

*Please check with OSV for a keycard for access to the parking lot. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

* Golf carts can be rented during your vacation. Daily and weekly packages are available. The golf cart rental area is located behind the OSV office on Oceanside Drive. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Visitors:
Please check with the OSV office for a keycard for access to the parking lot. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

*The Hickory Grove Pool - Our large outdoor pool is located off Park Green. This particular amenity has been completely refurbished for 2011 and includes a spacious kiddie pool and Outdoor grills are available for your use also
- Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

*The Oasis Pool - (Was just rebuilt in 2025-26) Our indoor swimming pool is located in the center section green area of the Village. This pool facility is ideal for year-round swimming and gives our guests another option in case of inclement weather. This pool also includes a kiddie pool for our smaller guests Jacuzzi.
