▪️ We’re delighted to welcome you to our property, located in a lush tropical area of Hilo. Due to the natural environment, you may encounter insects or small wildlife, which are common in Hawaii. Regular pest control is conducted; however, occasional sightings are normal. We encourage guests to enjoy the natural surroundings while keeping doors and windows closed when not in use for comfort.

▪️ Please note that this unit is part of a multi-unit property. While your space is fully private with its own entrance, you may see or hear other guests in shared or nearby areas.

▪️ Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels respectful, especially during quiet hours.

▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
