About this property
Hot Tub + Home Theater + Game Room + Expansive Deck | Priddy Secluded
There's a reason they call it the Smoky Mountains — that soft, rolling haze that settles over the ridgelines at dusk, the kind of view that makes you forget what day it is. Nestled deep in the forest in Sevierville, Priddy Secluded is exactly what the name promises: a grand mountain retreat that feels like your own private corner of the world, with enough space, style, and amenities to keep sixteen guests happy without ever needing to leave.
From the moment you step inside, the scale of the place hits you. Soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open-concept layout make the main living area feel expansive and airy, with the surrounding forest framing every view like a living painting. The stone fireplace anchors the room, and the oversized sofas invite the kind of slow, unhurried mornings that mountain trips were made for.
The kitchen is built for real cooking — stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a dining table that seats eight, so everyone can eat together without the usual juggling act. When the weather cooperates (and in the Smokies, it usually does), move the party outside to the deck, where a gas grill, al fresco dining, and some of the best mountain views on the property are waiting.
When it's time to wind down or dial up the fun, Priddy Secluded delivers on both fronts. Catch a movie in the dedicated home theater, rack 'em up in the game room — outfitted with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey — or break a sweat in the private exercise room with real equipment. Two expansive decks give you plenty of options for outdoor living, whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the stars, gathered around the firepit table with a drink in hand, or simply taking in the tree-lined silence that surrounds you on all sides.
Sleeping up to twelve guests across five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and a bonus bunk room, the home is as comfortable as it is versatile. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and a freestanding soaking tub positioned to make the most of the natural light. Two additional king and queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms offer privacy and comfort for other couples or adults in the group, while a twin bedroom provides additional flexible sleeping. The bonus bunk room—complete with two twin-over-full bunks and a dedicated kids’ play area—makes this a genuinely family-friendly escape.
All of this, and you're still just minutes from everything the Smokies have to offer. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge's endless entertainment are a short drive away, the shops and restaurants of the Gatlinburg Strip are easy to reach, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park — the most visited national park in the country — is practically in your backyard. Hike, explore, or simply stay put and let the mountain do its thing.
However you spend your time here, one thing's certain: Priddy Secluded has a way of making it hard to leave.

10/10 Recommend! I stayed here with 3 of my best friends from college. We were all interior design majors and everyone was taken a back by the interior. Each room was gorgeously designed with no detail left out. The entire home was clean upon arrival and we were even given a welcoming gift! I have been recommending AvantStay to everyone I know after this trip and will definitely be checking with them first for future vacations.

Thank you for such an incredible review! Coming from a group of interior design majors, that feedback truly means the world — we put a lot of care into the details, so it's wonderful to hear they didn't go unnoticed. We're also thrilled that the home felt clean and welcoming from the moment you arrived, and that the welcome gift added a nice touch. Recommendations like yours mean so much, and we'd love to be your first call for many vacations to come!
Exactly the mountain escape we were hoping for. The drive in gives you the full Smokies feel without the sketchy dirt roads and white-knuckle switchbacks you sometimes get up here. Parking was easy, access was straightforward, and once you're at the house you're fully in nature. We saw multiple turkeys and a bear from the deck during our stay. The house itself is gorgeous. Modern furnishings that still feel like they belong in a mountain home, not a stark city loft transplanted into the woods. The mattresses were genuinely comfortable, the hot tub was a highlight, and the deck got a lot of use. It was clean in the way you want a rental to be clean: actually clean, not chemically sanitized to the point of feeling sterile.Location hits a sweet spot. Close enough to downtown Pigeon Forge to grab whatever you need, far enough that it stays quiet and feels removed. The local team handled check-in well and was responsive when we had questions. If you're trying to get out of the city and reset somewhere beautiful, this is the one.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We're thrilled to hear the drive in set the perfect tone and that the home delivered the kind of mountain escape you were hoping for — turkey and bear sightings from the deck included! It's wonderful to know the modern-meets-mountain feel landed just right, and that the comfortable mattresses, hot tub, and deck all got the appreciation they deserve. We're so glad the location struck that sweet spot between accessible and tucked away, and that our local team made things easy throughout your stay. We'd love to welcome you back anytime you need to reset in the Smokies!
