This was an amazing property, clean, well maintained and centrally located. The balcony was great for morning tea and breakfast or an afternoon glass of wine. The location is perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the tram or a 10 minute walk across the Galata Bridge to the Spice market. The host was extremely helpful with organizing transfers and helpful tips. The perfect apartment hotel in Istanbul!

Fantastic location - immediately adjacent to a metro stop with great food and drink options nearby. very accommodating staff giving us tips and booking excursions etc- always available. The apartment was big and well furnished- we loved it! Having a place to relax and the ability to accommodate an early bird with a night owl made our stay so relaxing. And to top it off, a view of the Galata Tower off our terrace! Perfect!!

Wonderful gem in the center of Beyoglu

The Pera Residence is just steps away from Istiklal Caddesi, one of the most famous streets in Istanbul. If you're looking for easy access to Taksim, Beyoglu, and Galata, it's hard to think of a better location. The photos on Hotels.com are very accurate and give a good sense of how the Pera Residence actually looks. (i.e. no surprises once you arrive) Very good design aesthetic and quite modern. Our family of 4 stayed in a 1,600 square foot apartment with a huge living room, mini-balcony, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, and a laundry/utility room. The master bedroom had a walk-in closet area. We packed light, but if you have a lot of stuff, there's plenty of room. Throughout our 10-day staff, the onsite staff was very helpful and pleasant. If there's nobody at the reception area, all you need to do is ring a bell, and someone will appear within a few seconds. The only drawback is the noise level of the area at night, which is why I couldn't give this property a 10/10. Istanbul is a very late city, and the neighboring streets are very lively at night.
