Liebevoll saniertes Haus

Man merkt, dass das Haus mit viel Liebe saniert wurde. Auch die Möbel wurden mit viel Liebe ausgesucht und das Haus ist auch alles in Allem schön. Der Zuweg zum Haus ist nicht nur der kleine Weg mit den Zypressen. Anspruchsvoller wird es danach bzw. Davor. Man muss schon mit ordentlich Schwung hochfahren um mit dem Auto hoch zu kommen. Die Küchenaus-stattung ist rudimentär, es fehlt an Töpfen, Messern, Kochbe-steck und Pfannen. B. hat uns sehr geholfen und viele Tipps!

Extreme rust, mooi ingerichte woning.

Mooi ingerichte woning met alle comfort. K., de eigenares zorgt er voor dat alle probleempjes snel opgelost zijn.  Het landschap is prachtig. Het zwembad is wel niet erg groot. Prijs/kwaliteit vinden we dit een uitstekende keuze.

Tranquillità nella campagna toscana

Casolare molto bello e confortevole. Rimane ancora tutto da sistemare lo spazio esterno. Piscina fuori terra piccola va bene solo per rinfrescarsi, ci vorrebbe anche una doccia esterna. Per il resto molta tranquillità e una bella vista sulle colline. Accesso alla proprietà non adatto a tutte le auto in quanto è necessario percorrere una strada sterrata in pendenza. Abbiamo avuto seri problemi con l'impianto di condizionamento che non ha funzionato per più di 4 giorni su 10.
