165 inch out door theater pool side. Watch TV or your favorite sport or movie while swimming in heated in-ground pool or lounging on the pool deck. Audio system with Bose Speakers for crisp clean sound. Stream your favorite music from your iPhone on Bluetooth. Netflix and Hulu video streaming provided. Two (2) separate living levels available each with sleeping and kitchen accommodations. Bring your boat. Boat ramp just steps from the front door.

For groups of four or less the complete property less lower level is provided.

Beautiful canal view toward back bay. Fishing on seawall. Bring your boat. Boat ramp to canal/back bay is just steps from front door. North island location. Walk to Times Square and very short walk to beach ( Just across the street from Diamondhead Beach Resort). Just steps from Trollee stop.

Upper Level can sleep up to eight people using bedrooms plus sleeper sofas. Up to 5 people if sleeping one per bed/sofa. Sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Sunroom has an additional sleeper sofa. 2 full bathrooms with granite vanities.

Kitchen is newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with oversized granite counter, SS refrigerator and SS ceramic stovetop fully stocked with everything necessary to cook your family meal.

Living room with large screen (55') HD TV and Fiber Optic service. Wireless high speed internet. Netflix and Hulu streaming TV service provided.

Sunroom with wrought iron card table/ 4 chairs and beautiful view with full window wall facing the canal/back bay.

Deck off sunroom with full size premium grill over looking canal in front yard with boat launch, stairs to the in ground pool below.

Upper level is not ADA accessible.

NOTE: Lower level has height restriction: 5'-6" cross beams with a 6'-1" ceiling height. 1100 sq ft area. Kids/young adults love this lower level.

Lower level with separate entrance can sleep up to eight(8) using beds/sofas. Sleep up to five (5) with one person per bed/sofa. Sleeping arrangement has 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 partitioned space which can be converted to private bedroom which has a trundle bed and sleeper sofa, plus 1 sleeper sofa in family room. Back door opens directly to pool area.

Full bathroom with shower.

Common room with a large screen TV, sleeper sofa, chair and wireless internet.

Kitchenette has oven/stove, microwave and refrigerator.

The lower level has concrete flooring that is then covered 95% with bright colored area rugs. There is no access from the upstairs to the lower level internally. This was a duplex and is rented as 1 full unit. There are 2 accesses to the lower level 1 from the front and another from the pool area. The lower level is essentially a bonus level.

Our children and frequent guests jokingly and fondly refer to the lower level as ' The Hobbit House'. They love the 'cozy' Feel and the kids love having a space to call their 'own'.

The back yard is privacy fenced with the heated pool. Maximum depth of the pool is 6'. It does not have an infant-proof separate fence. There are patio table and chairs. Beach toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella are also available.

Off street parking can accommodate up to 5 cars.

This home is in a quiet family neighborhood. .

The island does observe a 10 PM quiet time. We are in a nice family neighborhood. and just across the street from the sugar white beach. During spring break we do require an adult over 31 years old to be staying in the home.

About Dave and Kim

Owners are Kim and Dave. We have lived in Florida since 2011 and prior to that lived in Cincinnati, OH. We are a blended family with OSU Buckeye and Cincinnati Bearcat fans. Our kids are all grown and still living back in Ohio or northern Kentucky. We enjoy living in Paradise and take extra effort to make sure our guest have a great experience. We personally maintain the property and are quickly available to assist our guests with any issues or recommendations.

Why Dave and Kim chose Fort Myers Beach

We are at desirable north end of island near all of the action. Walk to the beach in minutes, walk to Times Square shops/restaurants. Canal with bay view across the street in the front yard. Fishing and pier less than a mile from the house. Quiet safe neighborhood.

Privacy fenced yard with in ground heated pool.

Brand new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters.

3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up with new kitchen, living room dining room and sunroom with deck over looking front and back yards.

Lower level has 1 bedroom and full bath, kitchenette, family room and office space. An Important note: most of the lower level has internal height of about 6' the minimum clearance below overhead joists is about 5'-6'. The perfect place for all the kids to sleep and hang out. The lower level is essentially a bonus level.

Close enough to the beach to be there in a couple of minutes walk yet in a neighborhood that is quiet, perfect for family's to have the vacation that dreams are made of.

This house was great because of the location to restaurants/bars and the beach access. The pool is very nice. The house was clean. The neighborhood is nice. I would stay at this location again.

Lovely home. So close to everything on Fort Myers Beach

We had a wonderful stay with our big family group of 12 (4 adults, eight kids). The House was perfect. Very clean. The kids loved the lower level. The pool was great. The projection system was awesome. So close to the beach. We loved it. Thank you, Dave and Kim.

Perfect for our trip!

Kim and Dave's home was the perfect place to escape the cold with a group of friends. It had everything we needed to enjoy our days and was walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. The pool was perfect and the beach access was an added bonus!

Great place, great owners! Enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Only downside is I tried to book the house and VRBO site said I had to wait for owner to okay stay or availability? Then received response it wasn't available, already booked. So I booked a different house. Day before we left to go to other house for moms funeral service I noticed an email saying welcome to this house? So I ended up paying for "two" houses and couldn't get out of it. I assume this was the fault of the VRBO service/site, not the owners. The owners were very friendly.

Great location

The house is in a perfect location. The outside area is amazing. The house is just as listed in the description. The only issue we had with all adults was the water pressure if both showers were on at the same time. We all had a great time and would definitely return

Only 6 blocks from Times Square shopping district, near Diamondhead Resort and very short walk across Estero Blvd to our beautiful sugar-sand beach. A public boat ramp is right across the street. Easy access on and off the island. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance. Trolley stop is next door and room for 4 to 6 cars in the driveway. Bike/scooter rental next door. Close to Jungle Golf, Smugglers Golf, Zoomers Amusement Park, Lovers Key State Park, Pirate cruise, Calusa Blueway kayak/boating trail, Estero Bay Preserve, New expanded library. We are across the street from DiamondHead Beach Resort and Spa.
