Our home is perfect for families, large families! We have 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, comfortably sleeps 16. (14 in beds - Pull out sofa and two air mattresses extend total to 20) An elevator for luggage/groceries/wheelchair/limited mobility. Three separate living areas, upstairs den has balcony, television, sink & fridge. Huge deck with new furniture & grilling up or down.

Downstairs, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fireplace, two separate seating areas. Master with king bed and television opens to deck with ocean view. Den has 42 in. flat screen television. Huge deck, great for cooking, sunning, relaxing, reading, ocean watching. Two other downstairs bedrooms have comfy queen beds and private baths.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms, two baths and den with balcony/porch. Three televisions upstairs. Two queen beds, two double beds. Den with pull out sofa.

Nice big kitchen with bar seating & spacious dining room table. Elevator located just off den/kitchen, making life very easy!

Underneath home is an enclosed shower, lots of parking. Two grills.

Situated on a quiet cul de sac, within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great Time

3 families, 12 total converged for a week of catching up and relaxing. We enjoyed the large partially covered deck with the sound of the ocean nearby. Close to Charleston where we spent 1 day.

The house is a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the large back porch overlooking the ocean. Very roomy and well equipped kitchen. The property owner was very responsive. We had a great time!

So as it begins with 15 of us from 2yrs - 90yrs it was a great vacation and fabulous house. It was our first time at Edisto Beach and loved it. We did rent a golf cart mainly for my mother who is 90. The walk to the beach is just a hop, skip across the road. The traffic was a non issue. We loved the big back porch which is where my mother read everyday. The loft upstairs served well for the children play area and the adults had downstairs living area which worked out great. Thanks for the great memories!

Perfect Edisto house

We have been visiting Edisto as a family for 30+ years and I can honestly say this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. There was plenty of lighting throughout the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The back porch was our favorite place to hangout in the mornings for coffee and in the evenings after dinner. There was a great view of the ocean and a breeze from the back porch. We also enjoyed playing corn hole in the evenings on the back deck. We made many memories this past week and are counting down until next year already.

Perfect place for quiet family get away

Beautiful home perfect for large family or group. Very convenient to grocery store, shops, bike rentals, state park and most especially the beach. It is not on the beach but my family and I walked the two minute walk over many times per day without need for bikes or golf carts. House is well stocked for large groups (something oft forgotten by owners of larger places) including an ice maker that was clutch. The elevator was a great featur for my aging in-laws. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Family House

Our family of 17 had a great week enjoying the beautiful sunrises, walks on the beach, playing in the ocean, and spending time together in this wonderful home. There was room for everyone and having the small pool for our grandson’s (aged 2) was the perfect alternative to the ocean. We would love to return in the near future.

Relaxing week at the beach

Although it was a little chilly and sometimes rainy this week we did enjoy several days of beautiful weather with family and friends. The house was nice and clean. We had a bit of confusion about bedsheets and towels (we rented some, but arrived with owner’s sheets on beds and towels), but hopefully this all got sorted out (we tried very hard to keep them separate). The house was roomy and gave lots of ways to get privacy and peace. It was a very close walk to the beach which was nice. If we ever travel with a larger number of people again we would certainly consider renting this house again.
