The condo can sleep up to six with no extra fees . Large patio and BBQ, wood fireplace, in-suite laundry, 1,.5 baths, flat screen cable TVs, internet, tranquil setting, restaurants/beach/bars steps away. Includes use of Clubhouse with indoor pool/jacuzzi, games room (ping pong, racquetball, foosball), tennis court. Guests love walking and biking the beach, pathways, visiting nearby candy store and ice cream shop, or playing watersports (rental shops nearby), clamdigging, seasonal crabfishing and shopping at Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham. Convenient location: 10 min. to US/Canada border, 60 min drive to downtown Vancouver and 1 1/2-hr drive to Seattle.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When you leave please put one set of keys back in the lock box and the other set on the kitchen table.
Please gather and leave used towels in the bathtub. No need to strip the beds the cleaning staff will do it.
Please shut off the lights and heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
75 dollar charge for broken/lost Fob key (clubhouse key)
PLEASE be sure the TV works before you leave if you unplug it to use your xbox etc
No back in parking the HOA is sticky on this issue and will leave a note on your car if you do
