BLUE MESA LODGE in the heart of the Mountain Village core (Sunset Plaza) is the perfect location for year-round vacation getaway.

This contemporary interior Blue Mesa Lodge accommodation has all the comforts of home and then some! New carpet, paint, blinds, furnishings, electronics and more! The décor here is nothing like any other Blue Mesa Lodge condominium. Rich blue hues and soothing greens and grays with rustic accents will please any and all visitors.

Upon entering the building by secure access, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and enter your Blue Mesa vacation home. Main living area has deck that overlooks Sunshine Plaza and the Gondola whisking by. Also with gas fireplace, new 42' flat-screen TV, twin pull-out sleeper sofa, full kitchen and queen size Murphy bed. Eat-in kitchen seats four comfortably with bench/nook.
Adjacent lock-off bedroom has two queen size beds, balcony, 42' flat-screen TV PLUS additional breakfast table for four. Each room is complete with full bath (walk-in shower in one and tub/shower in the other. There is more offered here in 600 square feet than in places three times the size. Sleeps 6 max (or up to 5 adults)

The Blue Mesa offers same floor laundry room, secure building, ski locker, elevator, garage parking with designated space and the rest of Mountain Village at your fingertips.

Whether a beginner skier or expert in the bumps, ski-in/ski-out for easy access to the entire mountain. Stroll around the core for fabulous shopping, dining and entertainment; drop by the Peaks Resort and Spa for a massage treatment or a glass of wine on their sunny, outdoor heated patio; or stroll across the plaza to the free Gondola that will whisk you in minutes over the ridge to the charming, Victorian Town of Telluride. You can access a multitude of hiking and biking trails right outside your door.

Perfect location for family ski trip

Place was clean and well organized, great layout for a dad and three kids to crash after days on the slopes. 30 second walk to the lift and great food options throughout the village.

Wonderful condo for two adults and 3 kids under age 6. We had plenty of room. Condo was spotless and location was perfect for our ski school needs. Beds are comfortable and plenty of places to store all our ski clothes and gear in the ski lockers. Really nice to have underground parking and management was easily contacted with any questions and super responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. Bonus points watching your kids get off chair 1 with ski school from inside the condo couch!

LOTS of repair and updating needed but great location

This place COULD be great. The owners and the property manager are all aware of the problems with this condo and I feel bad for them. The issues sound complicated to fix because of some plumbing problem related to the restaurant downstairs. This is too bad, because this condo is in a perfect location with a fantastic view, and is quite roomy (well except for the tiny, outdated kitchen). There are two balconies you can look out over the Italian restaurant below and out to the mountains. The balconies are spacious but have no furniture. That is the least of the problems with this place though. 1-There is some type of plumbing issue which has caused them to forbid the guests of the condo from using one of the showers! Long and complex story of all that has been done to try to fix this. 2-The bathroom lighting is horrible, with some of the actual ballasts in need of replacing, the best we could tell. Bathroom countertops are exactly like a Best Western...no drawers or real cabinets; just that cultured marble stuff with the plumbing all showing underneath. There are loose floor tiles in one of the bathrooms--maybe both. 3-The fireplace, although it works great, is very noisy and does not put off much heat at ALL. 4-There is a bad smell when the water is first turned on...a sulphur-ish smell I think. 5-The kitchen range is ancient and very small. The kitchen is very small itself. The dishwasher needs to be replaced NOW. It is pitiful. The cabinets are old and don't have handles or knobs. The cooking supplies are in hard-to-reach places. The inside of the cabinets are disgusting. I felt I had to wash every dish or pot or pan I took out. Good things: 1- The view, like I said. 2- The balconies although they are in need of furniture. 3- The beds are very comfy. 4- The roominess. 4- The location. Owners, please remodel! (If it is possible to get around the issues with the restaurant downstairs; whatever is happening with that.) This could be a great rental. We would be back if these issues were solved. Overall it needs a COMPLETE REMODEL except for the beds. Thanks for reading.

Very nice, cozy condo in Mountain Village. Great location - close to Gondola, walking paths. Easy access to town. Full kitchen. Very clean and comfy. Thanks for a very nice stay and birthday celebration for our nephew.

Great Space and Location

My husband and I visited with our two daughters. The space was great for four people and the location was perfect. In addition, the property manager was so wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay

It was a great stay. The place was clean and the location was excellent. I do believe it would be very difficult to sleep 7 as it suggests, unless they were children and sleeping 2 or 3 to a bed. Unless you are bunking up, I believe it sleeps 3 comfortably. But overall, the place was nice and Victoria (property manager) was very kind. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Place was clean and very convenient to the ski lifts. There were a few broken/loose tiles in the bath rooms and one of the sinks was very slow to drain. My wife thought the mattress were hard but after the first day of skiing we all slept fine. I would stay there again.

It might not bother some people but you should know that the mattress on the queen beds are really old and tired. Also, bring a stopper for the tub if you would like to use it.

Lots of light.

Wall of windows, nice beds, decks off living room and bedroom. We are both 5’2” and had to drag a chair over every time we needed anything off kitchen shelves. If you are a big group there is only a small kitchen table with 4 chairs. Nice big TVs and nice gas fireplace.
