Extremely Clean! First Floor! Newly Renovated 2023!
Location, location, location....109A!!!! Newly Renovated and Decorated 2023!
Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the newly decorated, freshly painted, first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the front of 'A' Building, mere footsteps from the awesome Atlantic Ocean!!! The condo is approximately 1000 square feet of spacious living. It is fully equipped to ensure guests enjoy the southern comforts of home that Myrtle Beach Resort has to offer.
From the large private balcony, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean view!! Awake early and enjoy your coffee viewing the sunrise over the ocean, but oooh in the afternoon sitting and relaxing is awesome.
For your time indoors, the condo has just recently (2023) been renovated, painted, and completely re-decorated! It contains a family suite, complete with a wall-mounted 55' HDTV. The kitchen has all the appliances of the home and a large dining table seating for five.
The master suite is completely furnished including a king-size bed and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen/xl twin bunk bed, dresser, and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV.
The condo is an end unit on the first floor (great for the young and old) with no need for elevators or stairs!!! The unit is mere steps from the front ocean pool and that wonderful sandy beach.
The Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated community nestled on 33 acres and is conveniently located in the very south end of the famous Myrtle Beach, away from the congestion of the strip, yet close to the area's best restaurants and major attractions. The landscaping of the resort is beautiful and has the amenities to make your vacation a paradise!!!
The resort has remained a popular vacation spot for years. It stands out from other resorts for these reasons:

6 pools including 2 indoor pools, several hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, exercise, and game rooms
4 lighted tennis courts
Large waterpark area which includes a 375-foot lazy river

Our family has enjoyed this resort for many years. We love the fun family atmosphere, the security, and all the amenities that this resort has to offer. Family time is so important to us, this is our retreat, our time to escape the hectic work world and just be together.
We recently had the opportunity to purchase this condo from a friend earlier this year. Needless to say we jumped at the chance. We hope to enjoy and share this condo with our family and friends for many years to come.

After vacationing here over the years and enjoying all the amenities and the safety, we decided to purchase a piece of the paradise!! This gave us a place of our own to enjoy and to share with our family, friends and co-workers, and now you.
What makes this property unique
Brand new renovations just finished up this year! (2022) This condo stands out for three major reasons: It is steps away from the ocean, on the first floor (no steps nor elevators) and the unit is newly renovated. We are confident our guests will love it as much as our family does.
