Beau 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, condo avec vue sur l'océan, situé dans le bâtiment B du complexe Myrtle Beach. Condo pour 6 personnes. Le condo est situé au 2e étage et donne sur la grande piscine intérieure chauffée et le magnifique atrium intérieur. L'emplacement au deuxième étage est le meilleur des deux mondes; de plus belles vues et un accès facile en utilisant l'ascenseur ou les escaliers.

Le condo est entièrement meublé et est décoré avec goût sur le thème de la plage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de grands et petits appareils (cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetière), argenterie, casseroles et poêles, ustensiles de cuisine et beaucoup de vaisselle pour servir votre famille.

La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit queen-size confortable et est équipée d'une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre est meublée d'un lit double. Le salon est meublé d'un canapé-lit gigogne.

Le grand balcon offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et des étangs paysagers impeccables et bien entretenus. C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre à la fin de la journée et admirer les incroyables couchers de soleil.

Myrtle Beach Resort est une communauté de villégiature fermée, familiale et entièrement sécurisée qui se trouve sur 33 acres. La station exige qu'au moins une personne / occupant dans le condo, qui est nommé sur le bail, soit âgé de 23 ans ou plus.

Les clients de la station ont l'utilisation gratuite de six piscines, dont deux piscines intérieures chauffées, quatre bains à remous, deux hammams, trois saunas, des courts de tennis éclairés, deux salles d'entraînement, un jeu de palets éclairé, un terrain de basket, un green, une boule de pétanque , salle de jeux, aire de jeux, activités pour enfants en saison, wifi gratuit, une longue rivière paresseuse, volley-ball, barbecues, un cabanon face à l'océan et une piste de danse avec des spectacles en saison, un snack-bar au bord de la piscine, une épicerie fine et une boutique de cadeaux.

Cela fera une escapade parfaite et le complexe est très bien situé pour toutes les attractions de Myrtle Beaches. Assez loin de l'agitation mais assez proche pour faire un court trajet en voiture vers toutes les nombreuses attractions de la région.

Loved Myrtle Beach Resort. First time staying there. Very clean. Lots of pools and a great lazy river. Close to Quarter Deck and in a gated setting. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend this place.

Pleasant stay in Myrtle Beach Resort

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. A few hiccups in the beginning. We were given the wrong lockbox code, not a big deal though. We contacted the owners & got it resolved very quickly. A few other minor problems, but again were resolved. The unit was very roomy, clean & had everything you could need for a weeks vacation. Bob

We enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the ease of reaching the owners. The resort was clean and well maintained. The pools were clean and we were just steps away from the beach. The view from the balcony was great. My only negative comment is regarding the sliding doors to the deck. One would not open although it was unlocked, the other repeatedly came off the track so we had to be extra careful when we opened it. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Condo!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The condo was immaculate and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of pools available on the property. Whether we wanted a quiet morning swim or a fun afternoon splash, there was always a perfect spot for us. The beach is just a short, pleasant walk away, making it easy to spend as much time as we wanted soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean. A huge shoutout to Christy, the host, who was super communicative throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We’re so glad we chose this condo for our short vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to come back for one longer.

Relaxing getaway

My family had a wonderful time at this condo even with Covid-19 going on. There was a couple pools closed but didn’t Affect us. There was still plenty to do. So if you are planning a vacation during this pandemic, I would book this condo. It is very convenient to the whole resort. It has a beautiful view of the pond from the balcony. I loved that this condo has a laundry basket made it so easy to Do laundry. Which is on the the same floor. Also the indoor pool in the building is open so that was really nice for my little ones to get a break from being out in the sun. Also Bob and Christy are very responsive.

Security

I was disappointed that there was virtually no security regardless of the resort being a gated place that requires a key code. Many of the security were young boys who did nothing. Bldg B has an indoor pool which attracts people after hours along with their loudness, running through the hallways by the occupied units even during the 'quiet hours'. The 2nd bldg which we had to walk through on the way to the outside pool/beach smelled of marijuana constantly. and absolutely reeked. I did not feel as safe there as I should have felt. 1st night the Fire Department was called and many residents vacated the building, it appears someones wayward kids pulled the alarm. This was just before midnight. 2nd night as we were returning to the resort and about to go into the building the Fire Department was again screaming iinto the complex. This time I heard someone say that the grass in the back on the beach had been set fire. PARKING..........COMPLETE AND TOTAL NIGHTMARE and does not seem to be enough room for all the occupants. The unit were rented was satisfactory but again did not feel safe as the door know is quite giggly and it or the doror on needs repair/replacement. There were not sufficient towels for a full week and we did laundry them for reuse. It's not a huge deal but worth mentioning.

August 2022 vacation

The resort was clean and not overcrowded at this time of the summer. Condo was clean and as pictured. Communication with the owners was prompt. We enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach Resort as always and will stay again.

Great location, condo was lackluster

Checked in on September the 3rd and could not help but notice it wasn't cleaned. Hair on floors, showers and microwave. Black mold in both closets. Perishable food items left in the cabinets. Broken baby bottle wedged in the garbage disposal. Dirty refrigerator and freezer. Spilled dried food and debris in the bakeware in the oven drawer and lower cabinets. Pull out sofa bed mattress is damaged. Several other issues as well. Contacted both husband and wife owners about the problems. In a nutshell, they down played the issues with their condo. Anytime you messaged them it was always some kinda excuse. We ended up cleaning the tubs and microwave of the hair in them. Had to purchase air mattresses since the sofa bed is shot to hell. Owners said their kids sleep on them when they had been there before. Find it hard to believe that, especially since there was trash and other stuff stuck to the mattress. We just used the place to sleep and keep our stuff. The resort itself was great as was the amenities. We did not eat or cook in the kitchen. Would not stay at this condo again. Growing up in Ohio, my family always heading down south to the Carolina Beaches for our Summer vacations. I have wonderful memories of those times. When I got married and started my own family, we began to make that trek once a year as well...

It is always surreal when we arrive, and the stress of life seems to fade away and is replaced by good, quality time with those you love and who are dear to you.

I always dreamed of moving down South and buying a place near or on the ocean so I could enjoy more of that special time while away. My wife and I finally decided to begin looking at an ocean front condo unit, big enough to host our family of 6.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This past year, we booked an ocean front condo at the Summerwinds Resort in Emerald Isle, North Carolina during our children's Spring break the last week in March. All of the outdoor pools were closed and the indoor pool closed at 5pm. We quickly realized the island and the resort we were staying in was very seasonal and there was not a lot to do for the kids in the off season.

We learned about the Myrtle Beach Resort through a friend of a family member and decided to take a 3 hour drive South to check it out. We were a little sceptical of the Myrtle Beach area until we discovered this Resort.

We quickly realized that this was a fun, safe place for our kids to enjoy with us year round and set our eyes on finding a unit that met our needs.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We realized that we wanted to be in Building B and in the wing overlooking the indoor pool, realizing that our family would be spending a great deal of time in the indoor pool in the off season. We also were hoping to get a one or two story unit so that we did not fight the crowd for the elevators during the busy check-in and check-out days. After looking at several first floor units, we quickly discovered that the ocean and complex views were much better on the second floor and made our decision on this unit which seemed very up-to-date compared to a lot of other units.

Over the course of the next several years, we plan to begin making even more improvements and hope our guests can enjoy the place as much as our family does.
