Great views overlooking the pool and lake from our third floor beautiful, fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Enjoy the pool, tennis & pickleball, fitness trail, and a boardwalk that takes you around the marina & to a great restaurant.
It' a 5 minute drive to the quaint college town of Davidson. Cute shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a wonderful farmers market on the week ends!
This is also a great location for race fans as we are a very short distance from Mooresville , also known as 'Race City'.
In addition, there are also several premium golf courses located around the lake area.
This area has plenty to offer if you want to stay on the go or if you just want to relax around the pool and enjoy the scenic view of the lake!

Great Spot!!!

Great place. View of lake and pool was soothing and spent much time just enjoying the view. The amenities of the whole area are many! Owners were awesome to deal with. Will go back.

Great Stay in Davidson

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo on Lake Norman. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very well maintained. The owners were responsive, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. We will certainly consider renting this property again.

Our Davidson Retreat

This is the second time that we enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, and well decorated condo while getting away from winter weather and spending time with our Charlotte family. We loved the lake view and the close proximity to Davidson, Davidson College and I-77. We enjoyed our walks around the quiet lake neighborhood and being able to walk to North Harbor Club as well as The Lake Norman Cottage (wine bar). The owners were great to work with and quickly responded to our questions and needs.

Lake Time Get Away

Had a great time at this condo. Beautifully decorated, perfect view of the lake, and very comfortable. Can't beat the location, close to Davidson, great restaurants, and lots of amenities. If you are looking for bigger city life, downtown Charlotte is only 20 minutes away! The owners were very easy to work with. Look forward to another stay at this condo.
