Welcome to the beautiful San Diego! If you appreciate the breeze, peaceful environment, quiet nature, and nice neighborhood, this is right for you!

We have unit B and unit D on the same lot with its own private entrance. You are reading descriptions about unit D here.

This home resort style backyard is very entertaining, but due to the liability and security reason, please don't bring outside visitors to use the facility and amenity, not even sneaking people in or bringing airbed for not authorized people. Please don't bring relatives or friends who live nearby to stay overnight in order to respect other paid guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation for our good intention to keep the quality of living condition.

No party, No smoking,No pets, No wedding, No baby shower, No functional celebration or events. Due to the neighborhood noise code: Quiet time is after 9pm. Night facility closed at 9:30pm.

Max occupancy is 4 people, including kids and infants for the quality control.
This is a 2 Bedroom Guest House 450 S.F separate from the main house with its own private entrance to the 2 bedrooms 1 private baths, well-stocked/well-equipped kitchen, 2 tables with 4 seats, living room and Full Kitchwen with outdoor patio area. This private exclusive home resort facility and amenity are ONLY for paid check-in registered guests to use and enjoy.Units has its own air conditioner, heater, closet, TV, hair dryer, towels, hangers.


2 Bedroom Condo Style located in Olivenhain, next to Rancho Santa Fe and 4 miles to Moonlight Beach. 3 Bedroom with 3 private Bathroom, Kitchen and set of small dining table for 4 seats. We also have outdoor spacious Patio Dining for 8. Property has 35K Gallon Salt Water Swimming Pool, Waterfall, Jacuzzi with Night Color Lighting (upon request), miniature Golf Putting Area, Trampoline, Full Sports Court with NBA Basketball Glass Hoop, Volleyball, Paddle Tennis Court. Private Gated Parking on a Private Road with no through traffics. Walk to Shopping Mall, Convenient Store, close to Major Shopping Mall, Premium Mall and Carlsbad Outlet. Close to Legoland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park. 20 min to San Diego Airport, 1 Hr to Irvine. Parking is complimentary.

All Including: High Speed Wifi/Cable TV/Refrigerator/Full Kitchen w/Granite Countertops, suited for couples traveling and looking for short term stays at Private, Quiet, Ranch Style Home with plenty of amenities. Salt Water Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Basketball , Volleyball Court, Miniature Golf, trampoline, Private Gate. 10min to Moonlight Beach, Freeway Access, Del Mar Fairground, Lake Hodges, Carlsbad Premium Outlet Mall, Forum Mall. Cardiff by the Sea15 min to World Famous Lego Land California, Flower Field, Carlsbad Beach, Solana Beach, Del Mar Beach, 20 min to SeaWorld and Downtown San Diego, Oceanside Pier, La Jolla Cove, UCSD, Torry Pine National Reserve for ocean view hiking trail. Old town ( Mexican town) to experience Mexican culture. Renowned Coronado Island. 112 miles of coastline you can drive around and enjoy.

Please respect the vacation rental rule and other guests as they are here for peacefulness. The Spa jacuzzi hours closed at 9:30pm. Please text us 40 mins before you want to use so we can heat the water.

Please put away swimming toys, balls (basketball/volleyball/golf) back to where they belong to. Turn off the light, gas, electricity after use; close the gate (basketball court)after entering and after exiting. Thank you for your cooperation.

Very Nice Vacation Rental in Encinitas.

The 3 bedrooms unit C is located in an upscale and nice neighborhood. I enjoy the peaceful and quiet environment. I like the way of design that each unit has its own entrance. What I need for my family and I is a comfortable place that we can have a good sleep. This property #567878 is perfect for us! Both adults and kids are very happy. The rooms are super clean; the kitchen is well-equipped and each room has its own private bathroom which is so nice! The outdoor facilities and amenities are amazing!! The property staff is very friendly and very kind to help check me in, show me around and make me feel like staying at my own home. I look forward to coming back and staying in this lovely place. Will definitely tell my friends to book this unit when they visit San Diego. Very convenient to restaurants, shops, groceries, beaches, tourist attractions, freeway…etc. Appreciate for the owner’s hospitality and hardworking to maintain this vacation rental. If I can rate more than 5 stars, I certainly will do!!!

Relaxing get away!

Cici was very helpful and attentive to my group. My friends and I were having a bachelor get together weekend and we were able to drink out by the pool, BBQ and have a great time. I highly recommend staying here.

Mostly great, but a few kinks

This was a great place to stay, and the owner Cici was very responsive and made us feel very comfortable. We had the three bedroom condo, and I had the following issues: - Motion sensors in the bedrooms turned off the fans as we were trying to sleep in two of the rooms. It defeated the purpose of the fans, using the A/C was the only alternative - Ants. We had ants in much of the food in the pantry and ants on the counters I'm sure Cici will address these items, and I highly recommend this as a relaxing getaway, a p[erfect place to stay when you are in town.

Beautiful, gorgeous backyard, pool, and deck.

We had an amazing time, the onsite manager Cici was MORE than accommodating, met us early to give us a tour of the grounds. She was very detail oriented regarding logistics of the property, pool/spa instructions, and had amazing cookies for us with a hand written note in the fridge for us. 10 minute uber rides to beach and fun locations. Quiet getaway, very nice host

I booked the 3 bedroom and bathroom unit. There are several units on the property along with the owners main house. We stayed as a sort of bachelor weekend. Upon arrival, greeted by the owner and shown around the property. Very attentive to turning on the pool and spa and giving us plenty of advice on what to do in the area. Was nice to be close enough to the beach without spending a lot of money but also getting a resort feeling. Grocery stores, places to eat within 5 miles. Beach is 15 minutes down the road. The property is on septic so if that's an issue for you be warned but not a big deal at all. Overall great property and great price for anyone looking for a nice getaway. Would love to stay again some day.

We stayed here while attending our good friend's wedding. We had an amazing time and can't say enough good things about Ed and Cici. Upscale Home Resort Facility Friendly Environment

I had a great time staying in the private, quiet and exclusive home resort. The owner is very helpful and patient answering my questions. The room is clean, the kitchen is convenient, the price is reasonable in that upscale private neighborhood. I felt welcome when I checked in and felt like home while staying. Nice property, a lot of privacy

Very friendly for families with kids! Wish we could stay one or two extra days so that we can take advantage of the facility. Super friendly and helpful owners that feels like they are there to help out around the clock. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will totally use the place again next time in San Diego.

Highly recommend it

I came to San Diego for my business trip. I was happy to find this perfect place for my stay. The host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable as well as relaxing. I pleasantly enjoyed their home resort facility, such as the spacious patio area, outdoor exercise area- basketball court, volleyball court, miniature golf, trampoline; upscale salt system swimming pool and Spa jacuzzi with romantic night view and color changing atmosphere. Serenity

This was our first time using this website, and ever renting out a home before. I have to admit I was nervous but CiCi made sure to explain everything. I LOVED it here

I went last weekend with my boyfriend to San Diego and we loved staying here. Our host was so great. She was so friendly and welcoming, before I even arrived every questions I had she answered right away. When we go there she gave us different places we should travel to and places and restaurants around the area that we should try. The place was so clean and well stocked. We loved the backyard and the activities and games that we could both play. We can't wait to go back.

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful trip! Cecily was so kind and took excellent care of us. We were quite pleased with our room, and even though we didn't use the kitchen, we snooped and it was really well stocked. The yard was beautiful with lots of places for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. It was really close to Legoland, Oceanside, and the San Diego airport. Overall, it was perfect!

Great stay for a vacation getaway

Great property and clean room. The shared kitchen with other renters was fully stocked and clean. Cecily and Edward were very helpful and accommodating. Fast response with texting if you had questions or concerns. Overall the stay was great. If you do want your own space and not share it with other renters then I would recommend the separate suite they offer on their property.

Wonderful Hosts. Lovely Property.

Our family spent a long weekend in Encinitas to escape the dreary cold of March in Minnesota. Even our 10 year old loved the property--he played basketball, jumped around in the trampoline, took a dip in the pool. We were very comfortable in our room which had access to the shared kitchen (though it was just us). The owners were so kind and accommodating--they lent us beach gear for our day down in La Jolla. We loved how conveniently located the house is to restaurants, grocery store etc. Next time we'll bring another family member to rent the room next door.

Worked well for us.

Ed and Cicely were the best! Ed was very helpful and flexible - especially given our unusual needs for storing extra luggage and shifting numbers of people staying in the rooms. All of the indoor spaces were rather small and close. But the great outdoor space made it easy to work with. We loved the pool area and various shaded sitting areas. We also thoroughly enjoyed the salt pool.

Hidden gem in Encinitas

Absolutely loved the property!! Edward & Cecily were amazing hosts. They were very accomodating & willing to work with me when my travel plans changed. I felt like a houseguest, not a customer (so much so that I felt guilty not making the bed when I left). The property was clean & well taken care of & it was apparent they had really considered the needs of their guests in the items that were provided & the amenities that are available. I will absolutely stay there again in the future!!!

Salt system swimming pool and SPA are good for skin and hair, Custom Decor Rooms, lots of amenities that make you feel like vacationing at a Resort without a need to pay an expensive annual membership fee. Convenient to shopping stores and freeway. Our property staffs are friendly and helpful.
