Happily married with 6 beautiful children ranging from ages 7 to 18. When we're not working we enjoy gardening and managing my grove. Currently have Guavas, Passion Fruit, Avocado and over 1000 coffee trees. Coffee is a new unique crop here in California. We love to travel but its not always easy with all the kids.

Why Sarah Rodriguez chose Encinitas
Villa De Requeza is such a nice Encinitas Coastal property. It was recently remodeled this year and offers a unique atmosphere where many wonderful memories will be made and shared. The property is on a private lot and is single story.
What makes this Bungalow unique
I personally love the modern Bungalow feel and the Outdoor shower, which is perfect for surfers and the kids after a long day at the beach!

What a beautiful place and so relaxing. Exactly everything we had hoped for! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

Close to town with large yard and pet friend!
We loved staying here and everything was great minus the heat. I had to buy more fans because the air doesn’t flow through the home very well. It was hotter than usual that week, so I think most folks will be fine, but with summers being hotter, you do need to be aware that this home has no AC and is not set up for maximum air flow. Everything else from outdoor shower to kitchen to beds was all excellent. It’s a bargain for what you get! Very clean and simply decorated. Tvs with cable, tons of outdoor space and a driveway. It’s very tricky to park more than one vehicle but having a driveway is appreciated in this neighborhood with no sidewalks.
We had a great time at the property. It was clean, large and just what we needed. We spent most of our time outside and the landscaping and outdoor spaces were exceptional. As other reviewers have noted, the beds are a little uncomfortable, and the property is quite a hike to the beach, but all in all it was great for what we needed.
Property was perfect!! Ideal location, beautiful house, appointed with everything we needed!!
Beautifully maintained house with fantastic yard. Quick, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. A perfect stay in a perfect home. Thank you!! We look forward to staying again next summer!
This is our second summer at this property. It is so conveniently located close to town and two blocks away from the library and small dog park. We brought our dogs and they loved the large yard and laying in the sun.
Perfectly cozy and a comfortable stay.
Need all new mattresses
The beds are horrendous & are in dire need of replacement. Otherwise, the house was fine. Great location & lovely patio to sit out on & enjoy morning coffee.
Thank you so much for the feedback we haven’t heard this yet so this is the first time that we’ve heard this about the mattresses, Where they uncomfortable? We will get them all replaced I’m just wanting to understand your feedback a little more thank you so much for staying with us.
Located along six miles of Pacific coastline in northern San Diego County, Encinitas has an approximate population of 60,000 and is characterized by coastal beaches, cliffs, flat-topped coastal areas, steep mesa bluffs and rolling hills. Our city was incorporated in 1986, drawing together the communities of New Encinitas, Old Encinitas, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Olivenhain and Leucadia.
There is a significant flower growing industry in the City and many people claim that Encinitas is the Flower Growing Capital. As the City has developed, it has grown up around the pre-existing flower growers. San Diego Botanical Gardens is a beautiful oasis to visit with an Amazon Rainforest and the largest display of bamboo in the world. The gardens of the Self Realization Center are beautiful and sit overlooking the ocean in a serene garden-like setting.
Golf enthusiasts will enjoy our Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, a championship 18 hole par 72 course with panoramic ocean views. This public facility has five tees available and can be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities.
Downtown 101 is a coastal shopping district over 100 years old featuring historic architecture, quaint shops, sidewalk cafes, and restaurants framed by beautiful flower baskets. The organizations Downtown Encinitas Merchants Association (DEMA) and the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce are a great resource for information on business in Encinitas.
The beaches in Encinitas are outstanding. There are many stretches of beach that lie between Cardiff-by-the-Sea and La Costa. The surfing is unbeatable and many surf contests are held throughout the year in Encinitas. The San Elijo Lagoon Reserve is the largest coastal wetland in San Diego County and is home to nearly 300 different bird species throughout the year.
