Este es un apartamento de garaje de 750 pies cuadrados, construido en 2008. Es moderno, limpio y abierto. Grandes vistas de las puestas de sol sobre el océano y las playas. Barrio seguro y tranquilo en un callejón sin salida. Se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de State Park Beach y lugares de surf. Estamos convenientemente ubicados a 5 minutos a pie de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados.
Esta unidad tiene propietarios en el sitio y está bien mantenida. Hay una entrada separada por la escalera lateral para mayor privacidad. Hay estacionamiento en la calle dedicado para un vehículo.

We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to do so. We love the proximity to the beach and shops. Lance is a wonderful host and the apartment is always spotless.

Work Trip Escape

California Beach Paradise

The location was perfect for beach goers like ourselves. The owners are so nice and answered all of our questions. My husband and I needed a quiet lazy getaway. This lovely place checked all the boxes. We will definitely return.

Cardiff comfort

My daughter and I don’t get to see one another much, so this was a great opportunity to enjoy each other while visiting family in the area. The place is pretty quiet, and comfortable, and offers a lovely view of the ocean. A sweet mother, daughter getaway.

Great, cozy space

The apartment is a very nice living space and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from the deck. It has a lovely breakfast nook also with a view of the ocean. We very much enjoyed using this place as a base for the other things we were doing in the area. It was a very convenient location

Lovely place, well situated in Cardiff

We were there to visit family, so used this more like a place to come back to at the end of the day than a home away from home. It was well appointed -- it would be hard to imagine anything you might need that was not provided, though I did not cook, so can't say about the kitchen. From our perspective, the best feature was the location. In a quiet neighborhood, but really convenient (about a 15 min or less walk) to all the restaurants, the beach, etc. We would certainly rent this place again.

Great price for the location

Great location in quiet area with Seaside market and Pipes beach a short 10 minute walk. Great views. The property could use more outdoor space, but for the price it was excellent.

Girls trip

My friend and I stayed here for a quick girls trip and it’s such a cute place! Clean, well stocked with extras in the bathroom in case you forget something. Kitchen well stocked. Great water pressure in the shower! Close to town. It has a view of the ocean from the living room and patio. We had an issue with the shower door not closing and he responded right away and fixed it right away. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect getaway

This was exactly the place we were hoping for - and more! Very quiet neighborhood setting, very walkable (about 1/2 mile) to market, restaurants, walking trails, etc. Easy access to private entrance. Beautiful balcony views. We kept the windows open our entire visit, A/C was available but unnecessary. Great water pressure in shower. Well-equipped apartment with all you could want, even in the kitchen. Our hosts were very gracious and we felt very much at home here, only regret our stay was not longer.

Really enjoyed the stay. Property is great/well maintained, easy to access and ready for you relax. Lance was very helpful and welcoming. Amazing view and easy walk to stuff to do. Thanks for the use of beach gear....

Quiet place w a view

We needed to escape the heat and have a some beach time and this was the place to do it. This is a cute and roomy apartment above the owners home. You will not be disappointed this place it all from ac to beach chairs and boogie boards. We did not cook in the apartment but it did look pretty stocked. There are 2 nice size bedrooms well cleaned and bathroom good size as well. The front deck we sat looked out to the ocean with some beverages which had a nice breeze. You also have your own little area to park in front of the house which was a plus since the place is in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is maybe 10 minute drive several parking lots to go to. We loved the area had lots of local places to eat and coffee shops and a grocery store not to far. Lance the owner was easy to work with great communication. We would definitely rent again from him.

Perfect week off the coast

Spent an amazing week living like a local, and even saw some whales from the balcony! The neighborhood, host, and local community really made this place feel like home instantly. Great location to running on the PCH, Cardiff, and Encinitas!

A remarkable unit in a great location!

In this world of online reviews, it seems that just about everything gets 5 stars. We wish we had the opportunity to grade this VRBO with a higher rating since we would clearly give it 6 or even higher. This spacious unit overlooks the ocean. It is bright and so easy to live in. Lance and Michele thought about absolutely everything to make our stay delightful. It was clean, it was quiet, it was well equipped, it was private, it was inviting, it almost felt like home. Directions to use any amenity were clearly provided. And the location could not be beat, within walking distance of a delightful village. It is highly recommended!!

Great place

This was a great place to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. In a residential neighborhood, so it was very quite. A parking place and all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and I have to say the shower pressure was to die for. Easy to communicate with owner, who lives downstairs, but was never intrusive. Just a great place with a view of the ocean!.

I'm retired Navy and like to keep everything organized and running well. It's an occupational habit.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our house is located close to everything and has a great view. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lot's to do within 5 min walk or drive, or you can just chill here. Nice beaches, good restaurants, not much traffic make Cardiff a great place.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The sunsets from the front deck are great. You can see LaJolla from here and the Coronado Islands in Mexico on a clear day (50 miles away)
