Welcome to your Amazing Seabrook Island Vacation! Your perfect vacation awaits. Our villa boasts a million dollar view of the sun setting across the marsh and water -- while shrimp boats sit on the horizon.

All of that is yours in a 2-bed, 2-bath villa in a small, privately gated neighborhood. Seabrook is a barrier island just 25 minutes from the world-class city, Charleston, SC. You'll have access to 2 beaches, 2 outdoor pools,1 indoor pool, a fitness center, and Freshfields Village, where shopping and restaurants are easy and relaxed. Bohicket Marina is only a bike ride away, and offers all kinds of water activities, as well as additional shopping and dining. Our full appointed villa has a crabbing dock, a semi-private pool, and is elegantly decorated with a fully-equipped kitchen. Perfect for a Family of 4, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate screened in porches for relaxing, and enjoying a one of a kind vacation week. Snow birds will think they have found paradise.

**Please note: Owners are not Seabrook Island Club Members, so access to the Club Amenities are not included with this villa rental.

The home is beautifully situated on Seabrook Island with a screened in porch overlooking the marsh with stunning vistas. The availability of two bicycles to use was a nice addition which we utilized. Our host was incredibly helpful and responded immediately to questions.

Great property and setting

The property and location are great. We enjoyed spending time on the patio watching sunsets, storms and activities on the shoreline. The beaches on Seabrook and Kiawah Island are nice. There are a multitude of things to do in the area. Wish we had more time there.

Just what we wanted!

The accommodation was everything we hoped for! The view truly is amazing - great spot to drink coffee in the morning and unwind from the day with a view. The sleeping arrangements weee comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with the abundance of children’s toys and books both in the home and for use on the beach which made packing a lot easier for our trip.

My family loved this condo. Stunning, beautiful and clean! Beds super comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels! I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a low key and quiet place.
