The place was wonderful, in a nice location, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. The beach was right across the road. The A/C was great. The mattress was excellent - no waking up with a backache. For once, there were plenty of hangers, which I loved. This also had, by far, the best equipped kitchen of all the rentals I've stayed at. It lacked for nothing! And the host was always ready to quickly respond to any questions I had. I'll be sure and request it the next time I come to Maui.

The pool was wonderful! The Spectrum didn’t work the entire 2 weeks I was there, that was very disappointing. The complex is quiet and across from the ocean, loved that!

Perfect for couples

Condo was sparkling clean and well stocked. Location is central and walking distance to various shops and restaurants. The whale sanctuary is across the street where there is also a beach where the turtles often rested. Would stay again.

Great Location

The location is PERFECT for those who want to experience all of Maui. We were able to walk across the street and watch the sunset every evening...BEAUTIFUL spot, even had a monk seal on the beach with us one evening while watching the sunset. The location is close to all the activities we did while on Maui. The furniture is dated but we were not in the condo much so that didn't bother us. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Very nice place

This condo was very nice and clean! It had all the amenities that you could need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, nice sitting room, and a balcony on the courtyard to enjoy the beautiful vegetation. You have a small view of the ocean. The owner and managers were very helpful!

It’s all about location!

Beautiful! Stayed here with my daughter for a week. Location was perfect, just a minute walk across the street to the beach, close to food and stores, pool and hot tub right outside the door. Parking behind our condo. We absolutely loved our stay here! Mahalo

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, well-stocked, and far enough away from the craziness found farther south on South Kihei Rd but close enough to everything we needed. Loved the beach right across the street. We especially liked that the condo was well built so no sound came through the walls or ceilings, even though we had neighbors above and next to us. We had a small problem with the TV cable box but a call to the management company had someone at our door in less than 15 minutes.

Quiet stay

Most everything about this location was great. Facility was quiet and clean. Condo had beach chairs and an ice chest to use. Only about half of the condos seemed to be in use. Only thing to be aware of is that this location is where the wind comes through so lots of sand on balcony each day. Didn’t experience this at other locations we have stayed. Entrance to parking lot was always marked with a small sand dune which was our landmark for the week.
