Unidad # A207 Unidad de final frente al mar popular. Estas fotos son de este año 2016/2017 y provienen de esta unidad, incluida la foto de la lanai mirando al océano. Ubicado en South Kihei Road, este condominio se encuentra a aproximadamente 100 yardas del agua. Entre el condominio y el océano es un área de parque de hierba con palmeras, canchas de tejo y tenis, muchas flores nativas jengibre hibisco. Qué vista tan espectacular, 180 * vista.
Piscina, jacuzzi y barbacoas. Maravillosa brisa tropical mientras está sentado en su lanai mirando el océano, y viendo las ballenas violar.
Debido a que el condominio está en el segundo piso y una unidad final, ofrece la mejor vista. Cerca de tiendas, mercados de artesanías y mercados de frutas.

Escritorio de actividades para todas sus excursiones y aventuras turísticas, gran playa para caminar y practicar windsurf, observación de ballenas y simplemente disfrutar de las puestas de sol más fantásticas desde su lanai. Estacionamiento gratis. El servicio de mucama está disponible a mediados de semana previa solicitud. La unidad está ubicada en el edificio A # A207. Que es una unidad de esquina. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Y también hay Wi-Fi gratis
El estacionamiento es complementario.

My review

The condo was OK. The lock was missing on the door. Only a deadbolt worked. There was no air conditioning. There were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter. Other than that, the room was fine.

Beautiful Maui Condo

This one bedroom condo has gorgeous ocean views including the sunset from the balcony! Everything was fully stocked - kitchen, bathroom linens, towels, laundry, and tonnes of beach toys! The space was perfect for three of us. Plenty of fans helped to cool the place down. Location is great and central to many beaches and activities.

Outstanding

Great location, great condo, great access to the beach. Whales and turtles right outfront. Having no AC isnt too bad with the windows open. Don't forget to support the local farmera market just down the road. We will be back!

Great location and property, but no A/C

Right on the beach-location was great, a little outdated but who is coming to Hawaii to stay in the room the whole time? Has a washer and dryer which was wonderful for a longer stay like we had, place was a little dirty but nothing gross-just some slight stains on walls but sheets and dishes were all clean so there was no concern that the place isn’t taken care of between guests. There is no A/C so keep that in mind. Fans in every room but they don’t go too fast, smaller portable fan also provided that helped some. We figured out at the end of our stay the windows open and that helped immensely. Neighbors were quiet and location was great in town, near a good deal of restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again if we come back to Maui!

Great and beautiful location!

My family and I stayed here right before Christmas. Location is unbeatable and the view was so beautiful each day. Large lanai to eat meals from and ample windows for air flow and view. Hide-a-bed worked well for kids to sleep on and master bed was comfortable. The condo complex was awesome as well and many families were using the grills and outdoor kitchen while kids swam in the pool. We thought this was a great feature. Overall, this was a great condo. The only thing I noticed was one picture of the kitchen in the listing was a different kitchen and there was some sand on the floor when we arrived. However, I understand how difficult it is to get rid of sand at a beach condo! We would stay here again if in Kihei and it is so close to everything.

Paradise for a no-sky racket cost.

Location 100’-150’ from the beach. Corner unit with big balcony, well equipped kitchen, small but nice pool, friendly reception. Can't get more for price you are paying. Be back 👍

Der Ort hier ist magisch, unglaublichen Ausblick, direkt aufs Meer und jeden Abend die tollsten Sonnenuntergänge. Tracy ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir haben auf jede Frage umgehend Antwort erhalten. Es ist alles im Condo, was es braucht. TOP Dir Einrichtung selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, uns hat das aber weiter nicht gestöhrt. Besten Dank, für die schöne Zeit Anja & Nick

This condo is good, good location, not as close to the beach as we thought but still nice. Needs a good detail clean and a few maintenance items that could be fixed like, cover for light in shower area, bathroom sink drain hole needs to be fixed.

Great communication!

We stayed for 10 days at Traci’s condo. We enjoyed walking to the Pickleball courts and bbq in the pool area. All in all it’s a good value condo. Traci was very prompt answering our questions. Mahalo Jim

Great location

This is a great place to use as a home base, since it is easy access to all parts of the island. The kitchen has what you need, the bed is comfortable. The pool is nice, and the bbq area with full outdoor kitchen (by the pool) is really nice. We liked the outdoor furniture on the lanai. We didn’t like the trash guys coming at the crack of dawn every day, crashing the dumpster right outside the bedroom window. Other than that, we had a great stay. I would have said the condo was clean when we arrived, but there was a lot of wind that blew old trash/dustbunnies out from under the furniture. We didn’t care that much, but because of it I can’t say it was spotless. Overall I would recommend it as a good value for the price.

Amazing view

Well, it wasn't the cleanest or in best shape place, but it was paradise! The sunset were absolutely amazing! Taking breakfast on the patio with the bird all around and the ocean waves was heaven! You had everything you need to cook! No need for AC, just open the windows and you'll get the perfect breeze! We had an amazing time! For the price, I highly recommend!

Great location

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The salt water pool was nice & had a full outdoor kitchen with several equipped gas grills. Queen bed was comfortable. Public Pickleball courts close by. Place really needs deep cleaning and repairs by wasn’t bad for the price.

Absolutely beautiful vrbo with just the perfect view

Im gonna be honest here. There was a bit of a clerical error on our checkin which had us stranded at a four star hotel down the road for the first night. BUT the host made it right again the very next morning. During our stay we became more and more aware of the fact that this vrbo is so much more beautiful then the hotel we spend the first night at. I cant put in words just how pretty it truly is. Everything was clean and spacious with a good location and a stunning view onto the ocean . I would come back here in a heartbeat

Beautiful oceanfront corner suite

It was a beautiful corner unit with an amazing view of the ocean. There is a big grassy area in front that is used for football practices a few times a week. The unit is very well insulated so we did not hear any noise from our neighbours. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed because you can get a cross breeze through the sliding door and bedroom windows especially if it gets windy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The sunsets were unreal and I saw turtles everyday on the beach. I would recommend staying here!

Ocean Front Beauty

Tracie’s condo was perfect with a fantastic ocean view!! It was central to all the beaches and sites we chose to visit and although it is just off of a busy commuter road, it was very quiet and so we’re the neighbors! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It does not have air conditioning but the unit has several useable fans, that made it very comfortable for sleeping. Would definitely request to stay there again the next time we visit Maui and the price was right in Canadian $$$$!
