This apartment is strategically located to visit Florence on foot
Within a few minutes walk you will reach Via Tornabuoni, the famous shopping street of the city

Nice property close to the major attractions

Very nice property close to all major attractions, The property had plenty of space for all 7 of us. (5 adults + 2 kids) There was a bit of noise but nothing extraordinary as other reviews mentioned.

Amazing location with plenty of room

Six of us had plenty of room in this lovely apartment. The location was the number 1 reason we booked and it made touring the sites a breeze. Air conditioning was great because Florence has hot days and nights. Bedrooms were comfortable and check-in, check-out were very easy. Highly recommend.

Great time in Flornce

Our family of 7 had a great time visiting Florence and this apartment was a big part of the reason. It is spacious, comfortable and in a perfect location. The piazza out front makes you feel a part of the city as soon as you walk out the door. there are great restaurants in th neighborhood and we were able to easily walk to all the sites and museums Florence has to offer. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and 2 very nice baths made it a great place for our visit.

Spacious apartment, amazing location

We had a great time staying here. The location was absolutely perfect, though understandably a bit noisy at night because it was so centrally located. The place was very clean and Emmanuele was quick to respond to my inquiries. There was a bit of coordination needed to get the key because it was an in person hand off (rather than accessing a lock box). But check out was very easy and overall it was a lovely place to stay

Italian adventure

Property was perfect for family of five adults. Plenty of room and right in the heart of Florence. Everything was within blocks of apartment. Bustling neighborhood with amenities right outside your door including ATM, luggage storage, hotel for easy taxi access. One problem is this neighborhood has a VERY active nightlife. Depending on when you are there during the week, two of the three bedrooms can be very noisy until 2-3am. This could be an issue with some people. Otherwise a beautiful space.

Florence - Vrbo Booking

The property was in a very good location. It was a bit noisy Friday and Saturday nights due to the location. The host was wonderful and helped with a few things needed in the apartment. The 2nd bathroom had a bath tub and shower but no shower curtain so it was basically hard to use for taking showers. The property could have been much cleaner in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were clean and enough towels were provided. overall it was a good stay and the host was great.

Che dire, sono stati 3 giorni stupendi, l'alloggio si trova in un punto strategico dove hai tutti i monumenti a portata di mano,bellissima esperienza affacciarsi, il mattino presto, alla finestra proprio su piazza di San Firenze, infine i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, peccato!! Questi 3 giorni saranno per noi indimenticabili

Overordnet en god lejlighed, med en rigtig god beliggenhed

Lejligheden var godt beliggende, lige midt i Firenze. Den manglede dog et finish som forholdsvis nemt kunne opgradere den. Dårlig belysning i det ene bad "disco lys" som blev påtalt, men ikke lavet. Pærer i loft uden skærme i 2 af soveværelserne, lamper der ikke virkede i stuen, og fjernbetjening til TV/modem uden batteri. Kun 2 fjernbetjeninger til aircon. til 3 soveværelser. En defekt kaffemaskine -revne i glaskande- der dog blev udskiftet, men først efter påtale. I køkkenet var der 5 vidt forskellige krus/kopper, 5 spisestuestole til en lejlighed der er beregnet til 6/8 personer. Lejligheden var fint indrettet, og med lidt omsorg kunne den blive rigtig rigtig dejlig.

Appartamento molto accogliente, ben riscaldato e situato in posizione centrale . Camere da letto ampie con affaccio sulla piazzetta , due bagni confortevoli e ben funzionanti , cucina soggiorno molto spaziosa e ben organizzata dotata di tutti i comforts. La permanenza a Firenze e' stata molto piacevole . Gli ambienti tutti ben riscaldati sia di giorno che di notte. Massima disponibilita' dei proprietari Cristina ed Emanuele che ci hanno accolto con squisita gentilezza .

Grand appartement en plein coeur de Florence

Appartement très spacieux, et très agréable. Aucun souci particulier. Les frais ou charges étaient notifiés et corrects. Sinon l'appartement est au centre de Florence, à 10 mn à pied de tous les monuments, musées, et restaurants. Vraiment génial ! La climatisation était un vrai plus, car il a fait très chaud. Les propriétaires très sympas, et disponibles.

Great location - poor service hidden charges

This was the second time we stayed here. There is no better location to visit Florence. We we charged for gas and electric use as stated in the contract. The rate for electric was 3 and one half time the rate charged by the power company. We asked for a fan and were told it would be delivered but it was not. We were charged an 80 euro cleaning fee but the apartment floors were not that clean, Our last stay in 2013 -all was wonderful and shining.

Nice flat with excellent location

The contact, Emanuel was sharp at meeting and very helpful, the flat was quite huge for 3 pairs to stay, and the location is just excellent: palazzo Vechio, Uffizi cca. 5 minutes, Duomo 10minutes, Ponte Vecchio, Arno 10 minutes. And the bars and caffeteria on the plaza San Firenze are also kind and valued (for breakfast I recommend cafe La Badia on the opposite corner). Thanks for all tamás

Location was great, beds were very uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic!!! The The rooms were large and the apartment pleasing. The owners were great with communication, recommendations and fixing problems. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the first morning we did not have hot water so had to have cold showers and the restaurant below the apartment was very noisy til early hours of the morning.

Excellent location

If you want to stay in the heart of Florence, this apartment is for you. It comfortably fit 7 people. Excellent wi-fi, washing machine and satellite tv. Apartment is very well maintained and clean. The only downside is the apartment is located above a bar and restaurant which was very noisy until 3am. Still a great find.

Wonderful location in Florence

This apartment is centrally located to walk anywhere in Florence and very spacious! All the bedrooms where roomy and nice to have 2 bathrooms for 4 people. Emanuele was there to meet us and very informative with our questions and advice on places to see. We did find that the street noise at night was a bit loud in the early morning hours but was finally quiet at about 3am. Overall this property was a great fit for my husband and I and our 2 adult sons.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is in a great location, plenty of space for our party of 5 and lovely views of the piazza. Restaurants nearby are fantastic and walking distance to everything was wonderful. It is above a restaurant and bar that got loud at night but it was worth it to keep the windows open.
