About this property

Lake front, walk-in condo, large deck with evening shade and awesome water view.

Professionally decorated, with no steps for this walk-in unit ! There are 2 bedrooms and one bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a beautiful view of the lake , where you can watch all the boating activities through the sliding glass door that leads out to the extremely large deck. There is a higher dining table with four bar stools on the deck , plus two extra chairs and table making it a great place to sit and watch all the Lake activities or enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. A Beautifully remodeled bathroom with a large tiled shower, hand held shower head, glass doors and a grab bar. No bathtub to step over! Second bedroom has twin beds, an adorable beachy theme and a flat screen TV with built-in DVD. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The prices shown include all taxes.

The condo has WIFI for your convenience!

All bedrooms and the living room have HD TVs.

We have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and there's also a sliding glass door in the living room going to the same over sized deck as the master bedroom slider , with a ceiling fan. With 2 large glass sliding doors you’ll be able to see the expansive cove view and the main channel. The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses , silverware and pots and pans you’ll need.

The condo is located at the 21 mile marker by water.

There are bath towels, bed linens but you might want to bring your oversized beach towels for the pool. There are a few pool toys for the kids to use at the pool , while you’re here.


It's a short walk to Shorty Pants restaurant and marina , with live entertainment on some weekends for you to enjoy! Red Head yacht club is a 5 min. drive from the condo and you won’t have to get out on the main roads to get there. Both have great food and both were voted best at the lake.

We do have free wifi in the condo. The condo complex has a great pool for owners and renters only, again with free WiFi !

Best of all there are absolutely no steps, up or down to get into this unit from the parking lot ,however you are located on the second story allowing for fantastic views of the lake. The oversized lakeside deck faces east and gets the morning sun and afternoon shade.

Great location

Peaceful location on the water. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats come and go. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the lake.

Great location

Was so nice to be close (within 15 mins) to most of the Lake attractions. Beautiful view and quiet community. Shorty Pants nearby was a plus...great food, so good we ate there twice.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this beautiful condo! Sheila made everything easy from start to finish. The view from the balcony was amazing and a great place to start the morning! We loved all the amenities and the walk to Shorty Pants restaurant was perfect! We definitely would love to visit again!

Officially Our Favorite Place at the Lake

We were here for just an overnight stay due to limited time and everything was perfect! Great host, great communication, easy check-in, simple check-out, close parking, pool next to condo, beautiful view of lake from our own deck, and within walking distance to a great restaurant. We will be back- no doubt!

Wonderful Girls' Trip!

My mom, daughter, and I had such a great stay here! The condo was in a great location, and we spent lots on time hanging out on the large deck and watching the lake activity. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and Sheila was a fantastic host. She sent lots of helpful info prior to the trip and made check in a breeze. We hope to be back again soon!

Why they chose this property

This condo had all the things we wanted.....walk in level.....very large , shade in the hottest parts of the day , lakeside deck where we can watch boats all day. Two bedrooms and the master has a slider as does the living to take advantage of seeing the lake day or night. Pool for owners or renters. Restaurants close , one you can walk to one within a 5 min drive.
