We are sorry but NO PETS of any size are allowed by our guests.

This Condominium is located 0.8 miles South of the Dunlawton Bridge. Boasts 1 Spacious bedroom w/ King bed, desk area w/ charging station, plenty of drawer and closet space. A Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area for additional sleeping accomodations. 1 Full Bathroom. Fully equipted kitchen. Coin-0p laundry on each floor.($1 wash/$1 dryer-2025)

Arrive and walk out your slider to the oceanfront patio (NOT balcony) where you will enjoy many wonderful morning sunrises!. Walk down a few steps from the patio to the pool (heated once night temps are above 50 degrees F) area with community lounge chairs, gazebo,shuffleboard and restrooms. Sit by the pool or continue down a few more steps to lounge on the beach. Enjoy long walks or bike rides on the compacted sand that stretches for miles to the North and South. Boating, water activites, guided tours, the Ponce de Leon Inlet lighthouse and museum, the Daytona International Speedway, restaurants and shopping are all nearby.

All bed linens, bath, beach and kitchen towels, Iron/Ironing board and small hairdryer are provided.
