Disfrute de su café / desayuno matutino mientras absorbe el impresionante amanecer sobre el océano en su patio privado en la planta baja. Tómese unos escalones a la cabaña de la piscina y disfrutar de un picnic o una cena romántica bajo las estrellas - a sólo unos pasos de su patio.

El fácil acceso a la hermosa playa de arena plana hace que este condominio sea aún más especial. Proporciona fácil caminar y andar en bicicleta por millas. This was probably the best experience in booking a hotel or condo that I have ever had! Everything was super easy and the owners were great to work with. Excellent location and served all of my needs for the week that I stayed! Definitely coming back!

Daytona Beach Stay

The property was very, very clean. We liked-the fact that access to the pool is easier, since we were on the ground floor. We were able to walk out our door and walk directly to the stairs leading to the pool and beach.

Super clean, first floor with ocean view, well equipped kitchen, and the pool was the perfect temperture. We had a FABULOUS stay with Carl & Grace! The unit was exceptionally clean, included all the essentials and was spacious for the two of us! The location was spot-on relative to geography AND within the complex! We would definitely provide this unit and our visit a 5-Star rating!

Beautiful Sea view right from your door....

We rented for 3 winter months. This condo is pleasantly spacious for a 1bedroom unit. Well a quilt kitchen has everything you'll need. It has a very nice seating area outside the sliding door off the living room. Plenty of morning sun to start your day. Nice pool area and easy beach access. We'll do it again!

A very comfortable place to stay on the beach

Very clean, well equipped, condo. Building itself is well maintained and is more like 4 or 5 stories tall and not a high rise complex. I stayed in May and on weekdays there were only a few cars parked on the beach, with many more showing up on week ends. I tend to enjoy Daytona Beach more in the off season, May, September, October. I would encourage others to consider this place if you like a well decorated place with everything you would need.

Yes, it is a 5 story building with 6 units per floor and therefore common areas are rarely crowded-especially in the off seasons per Ron's review!

This property was one of the best we have rented on VRBO. The minute we entered we knew this was a special property. The attention to detail to ensure our stay was going to be enjoyable was apparent is every aspect: impeccably clean, well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, view of the beach, ground floor, comfortable patio with grass set above the sparkling pool, etc. From the patio you couldn’t see the pool since the condo was elevated from the pool and beach, so you had an unobstructed view of the ocean. For walking the beach, the condo is located approximately 50 yards from the non driving part of the beach. We will definitely be back.

Was a fantastic mini vacation and the condo met and exceeded all our needs!!

Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking needs, nice towels including beach towels which rarely find. Extremely clean which we loved!! Location perfect as attended race so close to track. Very easy beach access! Neighbors quiet but very friendly! Really was great condo!!

Wonderful clean condo right on beach

We had a lovely time during our stay. The condo is very clean. Sometimes you arrive at a rental and somehow it doesn’t look like the pictures portrayed it. Not so with this unit. We walked in and and found it exactly as we were hoping. The laundry (coin operated but only $1/load) is literally a few steps from the condo. Parking is handy. WiFi was good. We always had hot water. The neighbors are very very nice and helpful. Loved sitting on the patio and watching the beach as well as being on the beach. If you like to stop by the grocery on the way so you can go straight to the beach upon arrival here are a couple of things that might help. The kitchen is fully equipped. The ice maker is not connected so you’ll need to grab a bag of ice. There are no spices not even salt and pepper. You will probably need a few more trash bags than are provided. Dishwasher detergent and dishwashing detergent was provided. You will need to bring your own hairdryer, beach towels and beach chairs . Then have a wonderful vacation. These are not complaints.. just nice to know to help with planning. We plan to come back.

We are so pleased when our renters enjoy their stay and our unit! Our top priority is cleanliness and are always happy when our renters find it that way. We do our best to find cleaning people that follow our high standards. We also cater to long term renters and like them to find everything necessary to cook in if they prefer. Sorry that the automatic ice machine is not connected but as an owner we find them more of a problem than they are worth and bagged ice tastes better! Our Rental Confirmation states that hairdryer and beach chairs are not provided so we hope this was not a surprise when you arrived. We do however provide beach towels that are found in our linen closet. We would love to have you back in the future and please feel free to call or email us before or during any rental if you have questions.

I had a fantastic holiday and a lot of this was down to the apartment. Ground floor with a beach view. No better way to start your day by waking up to that amazing view. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beach holiday. Ciaran

Danbury Breakers

Our first trip to Daytona Shores and Danbury Breakers this winter has us looking forward to our return next year. The awesomely huge beach...walking, biking, surfing, sand castles!! Beautiful location, beach front. Our condo was spotless, appliances modern, and so pleasantly furnished. Enjoyed our AM coffee right outside our beach front door...& even an occasional awesome sunrise. The heated pool, cabana and gorgeous weather left us refreshed! (little traffic, lots of golf courses, restaurants)

Relaxing Getaway

This is a comfortable unit with everything needed for relaxing stay. The complex itself is smaller than most (only 30 units) so you don't feel crowded or cramped. There is a nice pool area with a shaded gazebo and easy access to the beach. Being on the 1st floor allows the resident access straight out the sliding door patio area to the pool/sundeck and beach below without riding elevators or circling to and from the main entrace in the front. As this lowest level sits high, there's still a nice view of the ocean from the slider and patio with a small grassy area that provides a private feel. Neighbors were friendly, and we quickly felt at home here. Highly recommended.

Deux semaines merveilleuses

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances à Daytona dans ce superbe condo. Le Condo était encore mieux que nous nous attendions, il était très propre et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions dans des délais très respectable. Je recommande cette propriété à tous. Nous avons passé une belle journée à Disney World. La plage est superbe. Un seul bémol, pas de WIFI. Nous aurions grandement apprécié un lien internet par Wifi.

Relaxing getaway, wonderful surprise!!!

My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere on the ocean. This condo was more like someone's home rather than a vacation rental. The kitchen had top of the line appliances. Fully equipped with dishes, cookware, there was even a salad spinner. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Plenty of drawers and hangers for clothing. All of the furniture looked new and up to date. Most of the time we were the only ones at the pool. We have been to other places where you can not find a chair to sit on. Even on the beach we would often fall asleep it was so relaxing and not crowded. It was an easy and quick walk to the pier for dinner, light lunch or just for drinks. This quickly has became a vacation spot I would like to return to. I would have given it 5 stars except there is no internet access. But we did survive with out it:)

This is a very comfortable apartment is the third time that we rent, the furniture is quality, the king bed is really comfortable (simmon beautyrest), the kitchen is very well equipped, wine glass, good knives, good dishwasher etc., the washing machine are paid (cheap) on each floor, the view is beautiful from the patio door on the sea, a walk and you are at the pool and the beach is a quiet spot and private, close to everything, daytona are the ideal place to take long walks because the sand is hard you can bike easily

We love this first floor unit as well. It is so easy to access from the beach and the parking area. The sunrise over the ocean is always a great way to start the day!

Ocean breezes, great accessibility

I rented this property while house hunting in Florida. The owner's representative was very friendly and cooperative. This was important as I had a problem with the toilet and at one time during my stay we lost power temporarily during a late afternoon thunderstorm. That storm made a power surge and "cooked" the a/c. Frank immediately got a local company to come and complete the repair. The unit is well furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything even a gourmet cook would need in the kitchen except sharp knives. Well of course great cooks bring their own knives. It was wonderful sitting out on the private patio and watching the ocean and passers by. Easy walk to the pool... just a few steps away and down one flight of stairs. The pool area connects directly to the beach and requires key entry. Very secure. During the off season very few people use the pool and I felt it was my own private resort. The lock on the slider door does not work and the owner has provided a wooden bar to place in the opening for security reasons. I recommend this unit at Danbury Breakers.

I can't wait till next year!

I am a machinist by trade and I work 12 hours a day and most saturdays. I cant't tell you how important my time away from work is to me. I have stayed in many hotels and rent by the week apartments in Daytona, but none can compare to the Danbury Breakers I've stayed in both the two bedroom and the one bedroom and they are great. The entire building is occupied by people who truelly understand the importance of rest and relaxation. I can truefully say that there is nowhere else for me than the breakers. Close to everything but just far enough from the crowds that it feels like home. The best resturants and things to do are just minutes away. I'm 53 and when I turn 60 I fully expect to own a unit in the Danbury Breakers. But untill then you can bet my summer vacation will be here every year. I have allready e-mailed Carl & Grace about next summer.
