This Ocean Front Private Balcony Boutique Condominium is located 0.8 miles south of the Dunlawton Bridge.

1 Large Bedroom w/ King bed and sleeper futon sofa in the large master bedroom. Master bedroom has flatscreen tv along with plenty of drawer and closet space.

Living room area has a large recliner sofa, large flatscreen smart tv and power recliner.
(Full Sized Murphy Bed Avail in Living Room Upon Request)

1 Full Bath along with fully equipped kitchen and 4 chair dining area.

Arrive and walk out your balcony slider to the oceanfront patio where you will enjoy many wonderful morning sunrises! Just a short walk down to the pool area with community lounge chairs, gazebo and shuffleboard. Sit by the pool or continue down a few more steps to relax lounge on the beach. Enjoy long walks or bike rides on the compacted sand that stretches for miles to the North and South. Boating, water activities, guided tours, the Ponce de Leon Inlet lighthouse and museum, the Daytona International Speedway, restaurants and shopping are all nearby.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and well furnished. Ocean front unit with a great view of the ocean. The pool and the grounds were well maintained. Our host was very helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful condo

We had a fabulous time at this condo. The location was convenient, smaller complex was perfect. Beach was relaxing and not crowded. Pool was great. Had everything you needed to cook in. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

The unit is exactly as the pictures. We loved the comfortable furniture and lay out of the unit. We had everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool and easy access to the beach was amazing. The parking and secure access to the complex was better than we could have imagined. The host was so accommodating and responded promptly to any questions!

Great relaxing getaway

A smaller condo complex with everything you need for a relaxing stay close to the Sunglow pier and other great restaurants. Not only was there laundry available on every floor, but the condo was very well equipped and recently updated. You have a large enough balcony to enjoy the sunrise, but there is a great common area to enjoy the sunset over the intercostal. This unit is a hidden treasure on Daytona Shores Beach.

Corner unit view

We had a delightful stay in this oceanfront corner unit. Unit was neat, clean and fairly well equipped. The view is really great and I spent a lot of time on the balcony, reading, enjoying the breeze & the sight and sound of the ocean. The beach is really nice for walking. Clean, heated pool. Owner is friendly, personable and easy to contact. I hope to stay in this unit again when I go to Daytona Beach.
