Garden Level 2 bedroom apartment in the 14th Arrondissement. It located near the Parc Montsouris, a calm and peaceful parc great for kids and walking. The apartment is also close to the Place de Alesia which has many restaurants, buses and the Alesia Metro Station. It is also close to the RER to get to the different stadiums for the Olympic Games.

The apartment is quiet and secure. During the Summer it is fairly cool.

This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The location was pretty convenient for transit access and access to the city in general. Perfect for 3-4 guests, and maybe even more. The host is very responsive and nice! I would stay here again!

Our host was always attentive from the time of booking to the last day of our stay.The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 5.Well furnished we had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.Definitely considering reaching back out to our hostess when we come back to visit family in Paris!

Great stay

Catherine was prompt and thorough with responses to pre-trip questions. She greeted us at the apartment and was very friendly. The location is very close to the subway with easy access to great neighborhood restaurants, grocery store, etc. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodated a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable

The apartment is just as pictured. It's spacious and very comfortable. Catherine was responsive before we arrived and there to get us settled. The neighborhood had everything needed for apartment living close at hand. The building was quiet with a lovely courtyard. We don't stay in tourist central and the Alesia neighborhood fits our type of home away from home nicely. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Paris. Thank you Catherine!

A wonderful neighborhood to experience Paris,

We found Catherine to be very welcoming and helpful with our questions about the area, such as markets, stores, gardens, etc. The apartment is easily accessible, has large windows onto both a front and back garden that let in the light. Is situated across from a Franciscan Church/monastery. For convenience you are only 10 minute walk to the Alesia metro stop (# 4 line), with great connections to all the sights of Paris. You do not need a car in Paris! Best of all, you are in a French neighborhood, not a touristy area.

Wonderful Parisian home-away-from home

From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted at the apartment, this was a wonderful home for us for the week. Plenty of room to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen for breakfasts and those nights we were too tired to go out, a large bathroom with plenty of counter space, and lots of natural light. Catherine is a gracious hostess and made sure we had everything we needed. There were plenty of bakeries and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the metro is a 5-minute walk. From there, getting to the heart of Paris is only about 15 minutes. The nearby Parc Montsouris is a beautiful place for a stroll and is full of walkers and runners, and even some ponies and playgrounds. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, a perfect spot to rest up between adventures!

A great stay and close to all the popular attractions

Catherine responded quickly to our emails during our planning phase. After a long taxi ride from the airport (not the most direct route taken by our driver . . .), we were happily greeted by Catherine at her lovely flat with croissants and jam. The neighborhood is within walking distance + tram to all the major sights. The living room windows look out to a nice garden and brick church in the background. Plenty of restaurants nearby that were delicious on Rue De La Tombe Issoire - our favorite was Mama Mia Pizzeria #87. We also found a great Gelateria on Rue Daguerre. We found the apartment accommodated our needs. We were there a Friday night and there was a very loud party going on in the building. The noise could be shut out by closing the windows, however, we would have preferred to have the them open since the weather was so perfect during this early October stay.

We had a great vacation in Paris. Catherine’s apartment is very convenient. The nicest thing about this apartment is how hospitable and nice the hostess is. Catherine communicated with us quickly when we had questions. She was very nice and met us at the apartment on time. She explained everything and showed us around the apartment. It is a short walk to the metro station and to several bus stops. The apartment was very clean. There were four of us (parents and two teenage boys). It was nice to have separate rooms yet be close and have family breakfast together every morning. The second bedroom has two beds. Our sons slept comfortably. Another convenient thing is that the apartment is on the first floor. You don’t have to climb stairs, which is important when you have luggage with you. There is a grocery store nearby and a number of restaurants and boulangeries. We had a great stay and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in a quiet Parisian neighborhood, close to the center, yet not in it and to those traveling on a budget. Wonderful apartment, wonderful hostess and a wonderful visit to Paris!

Very nice apartment, in a nice neighborhood, the owner has been very kind and precise.

the apartment is spacious (we have been there for more than a month with 2 adults and 2 children) and well equipped, with a peaceful view on the garden. the surrounding area is nice, with nearby park, and the metro line (4, RER) at walking distance. Our host, Catherine, has been kind and always responsive to our need.

parfait a tous les niveaux !

Catherine, la propriétaire, est d'une extrême gentillesse, c'est une personne tres humaine comme il est rare d'en croiser. L'appartement est formidable, tres lumineux, impeccable et bien aéré. Il convient parfaitement a des enfants. Le parc montsouris est a deux pas ! Le quartier est calme et comporte tout le nécessaire (superette, pizzeria, pharmacie, boulangerie). Proche de la tres animée avenue du general leclerc et non loin du quartier de la butte aux cailles.

nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement, nous étions 5 personnes et c'était assez grand. à 5 minutes du métro nous pouvions nous déplacer facilement dans les autres arrondissement de Paris. Il y a plusieurs épiceries à proximité et plusieurs pâtisseries. Mme Neal est très gentille et rappelle rapidement si on a une question. elle a été d'un grand secours quand nous avons dû consulter à la clinique. Le logement était très bien tempéré, il y a avait souvent une bonne brise le soir et la nuit. J'ai adoré la vue du jardin par les fenêtre de l'appartement. On a fait un très beau voyage. charmant séjour dans un quartier calme du XIV

Dans le XIV arrondissement' proche des bus et du metro, cet appartement spacieux nous a permis de passer un super séjour au calme a quatre personnes. Je conseille ce logement pour la tranquillité de ce secteur et la sympathie de la maîtresse de maison. Et les toiles exposées dans l appartement nous fait voyager avec leurs merveilleuses couleurs. Cete demeure est à découvrir pour un séjour parisien, vous n aurez pas l impression d etre à PARIS mais en province.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé et aménagé avec goût. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et attentifs à satisfaire nos attentes. Je recommande cet appartement calme (rare à Paris) et suffisamment grand pour qu'une famille avec deux enfants se sente très à l'aise. Le quartier offre de nombreuses possibilités : restaurants, cinéma, jardin public, métro... Tout est à proximité ! Appartement spacieux et agréable

Location conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Elle est localisée dans un quartier calme au rez de chaussée d'une résidence bien entretenue. La double fenêtre dans la chambre permet de passer une nuit en toute tranquillité. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire ponctuelle et sachant s'adapter aux demandes des locataires. Bon équipement et surface appréciée avec deux enfants. Proximité Gare Montparnasse, métro Alesia et tous services. A recommander.
