Stayed at this wonderful cottage for 7 days. The cottage was exceptional. Great location. Everything included from all kitchen utensils to comfortable beds to 4 new bikes and beach equipment such as chairs, loungers and umbrellas. We had a rental car but rarely used it as everything is close by. There is free bus service that covers most of the island. The cottage was very clean and everything worked great. Three TVs. Would definitely stay here again.
Cozy and comfortable!
Captain Ed was a great host, and a great communicator! He checked in via messaging to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He also made sure to provide us with extra information that made the stay more comfortable. The house had everything you could need for a stay! Bring your clothes and food, and you are ready for a stay on Anna Maria. The house is situated perfectly- a block from the bay, and 2 blocks from the ocean. 3 blocks to Pine Avenue. Stay here! It's great!
Lovely little cottage with everything you need in great location. Very close the beach and pier.
We enjoyed staying here. Used the bikes everyday. Walked down to watch the sunsets. Wished we could stay another week. We had a very relaxing stay as it’s a quiet part of the island. People very friendly and plenty of nice restaurants and cafes a short bike ride away. Can highly recommend this cottage.
Very cozy. Convenient. Clean.
The cottage was just as pictured. The owner was great getting back with me. Quick walk to Rod and Reel pier and to Bean Point. Limited car traffic. Plenty of folks walking their dogs. Good TV. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer made for light packing. Good food is walking distance-- Rod and Reel, Poppo's, Two Scoops, Vinny and Cheryl's Italian... City park is close, as is the Trolley. City Pier, once reopened, is close. Never used the bikes, but there are 4 nice ones. Not sure about kayaks or boat, but you could take the provided rods, and fish the pier. Construction is going on all over the island, the house next door was no exception. So, there was the occasional power tool noise. Looks like the job will be done soon. We would stay again. Didn't want to leave.
Finally, construction is done!!!
Great Location, amenities, and accommodations.
This is by far the best Vacation Rental we have ever booked. The owner thought of everything. You can definitely tell that he takes pride in making sure his guests are taken care of have everything they need. We really liked having everything we needed in the kitchen. There were even tea bags and coffee. Also enjoyed having the frosted beer mugs in the freezer. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The bikes were also very nice high end bikes. We liked being so close to the Rod & Reel Pier. Great recommendations for things to do and places to eat it was greatly appreciated. He even double checked to make sure everything was ok during our stay. No owner has ever done that. Thanks again Captain Ed for sharing your place. Look forward to coming back in the future.
Cute Little Place
This is a cute little place. Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance - from a few blocks to a mile or so - on all sides. Having the washer and dryer available is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay.
Located on the tip of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy world class fishing, dining, shopping, or just relax on the beach.
