We loved the location! Close to the heart of the action! We were within walking distance of everything and loved the private dock for fishing! The place was neatly decorated and beds were so comfortable! We will be back soon! Highly recommend everything about this place!

Condo is in a good location, walkable to the general store and several restaurants. The host was responsive and checked on us several times to make sure we had what we needed. Condo was clean at check in and host provided a basket of goodies. Condo is stocked with beach gear including an umbrella, chairs and wagon. We had fun fishing from the dock, and enjoyed our stay.

This location is so perfect! We stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary and the owners had a lovely basket for us upon arrival. The Condo Felt like a high end hotel, but homey. We both slept so good every night in the king size bed. No tossing no turning. Sebastian, the host answered any messages immediately. We will be back for sure. If you fish, this spot is as good as it gets! Oh, and if you wanna cook, the kitchen has all utensils needed. 10/10 vacation!

This was my first VRBO experience and it was wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay at Pine Avenue. From the moment we arrived, everything about the condo made us feel at home. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a relaxing beach feel. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable place to stay, and it had everything we needed for our vacation. The umbrella and cooler were a plus!The location was only one of the best parts. Being right on Pine Avenue meant we could walk almost everywhere, But we also rented a golf cart. We spent time browsing the local shops, and had so many great restaurants just a few minutes away. We also loved that the beach was an easy walk. Not having to worry about finding parking every time we wanted to watch the sunset or spend a few hours on the sand made our trip so much more enjoyable.Even though you’re close to everything, the condo itself feels incredibly welcoming. Inside, the condo was clean, bright, and felt at home. The beds were so comfortable, the living area was inviting, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. We appreciated all the little details that made it feel more like home than just another vacation hotel room. If I had to mention one thing, it’s simply that we wish we had booked a longer stay! We weren’t ready to leave, didn’t have much time to enjoy our private dock, and were already talking about coming back before we even checked out!

Very nice and super clean property. Host checked in often to make sure no issues, concerns or questions. He made us feel as of it was our home for the week. Host even left a very thoughtful welcoming gift which kicked off the entire week on a fantastic note, even after a long drive down to AMI. Will definitely be back!
