Questo cottage si trova "sulla spiaggia" 3007 Avenue F sulla bellissima spiaggia di Holmes. È l'unità al piano di sopra (2 di 2). Il cottage è molto confortevole e può ospitare comodamente 4 persone con spazio aggiuntivo. Questo caratteristico cottage è nascosto in una strada senza uscita, lontano da tutto eppure vicino a negozi e ristoranti.

Ha una doccia completa, cucina con tutto il necessario e una lavatrice / asciugatrice. È molto caratteristico e i giardini hanno bellissime piante esotiche e tropicali. Proprio sulla spiaggia che ha le più belle acque blu e spiagge sabbiose.

C'è un carrello che raccoglie tutto il giorno e la sera a un isolato di distanza. L'unità è situata in posizione centrale tra Cortez Beach e Anna Maria Island, dove ci sono aree per lo shopping, il Ringling Brother's Museum e molti ristoranti.

Queste sono unità più vecchie e stiamo aggiornando continuamente le unità ma è la spiaggia e può essere molto umida. Abbiamo addetti alle pulizie all'inizio e alla fine di ogni ospite per pulire e cambiare la biancheria. Nei giorni ad alta umidità le porte potrebbero essere un po 'più strette e nei giorni asciutti perderanno.

The overall stay was nice. Luckily, there was no one staying downstairs. The properties are on top of each other and one directly in front of this property. The parking is for two small vehicles on property. The mattress in the “master” is awful. Both of our backs are killing us. It is near public access so the beach can be crowded.

Beautiful view, relaxing location and everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay at the beach. Holmes beach is one of the most beautiful beaches ive been to and we will be back.

Proximity to beach was excellent. Condition of cottage mostly due to age was not so great. Floors were sloping, outside deck seemed very unstable, slider out to deck nearly came off its track when trying to open or close it and definitely needs to be replaced, sofa & chair in living room could use a good cleaning. Since the downstairs apartment is still under repair from hurricanes it was not occupied. Which was a good thing because we would have had to share the tiny, cramped parking space with other guests. We were very disappointed when a van full of workers came to the main house to stay & walk around smoking & drinking beer for the first 3 days of our stay. Their van blocked most of our little view of the water and we didn’t even want to sit on the deck with their constant presence outside.Dan, the maintenance man, provided excellent, fast service when called upon to address our issues.

Home was dusty, vents were molded, flies were coming in through the master bedroom somehow. You get what you pay for though, so an affordable home with some touch ups needed.

My favorite stay on AMI

The location of this place was so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door. They had beach chairs and towels for my stay and everything I needed inside the unit. It was great having washer and dryer and the thermostat was at a perfect temp all week. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the thermostat was in the unit, I never had to adjust it. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to resolve the minor issue we had. We would be happy to return!

Anniversary

When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. Would stay again.

Great location with a beautiful view

Quaint beach cottage tucked away from the hustle an bustle of the island. The upper unit had a spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.Communication with the property managers was great!We have already booked again for next year!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beach Getaway

We loved the location and the cute little "beachy" apartment but there were communication issues with host etc that led to the property not being ready for occupancy. Some issues were resolved but it left a "less than great" impression.
