This quaint cottage is located "on the beach" - 3007 Avenue F Unit 4 at 30th Street on beautiful Holmes Beach. It is the upstairs unit (1 of 2) with a private deck and direct Gulf views. The cottage is very comfortable and sleeps 4 with plenty of space. The cottage is hidden away on a dead end street away from it all, yet close to shopping and restaurants.

The unit has a large shower, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The grounds are filled with exotic, tropical plants and a private guest path to the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

There is a free trolley that picks up throughout the day and evening located just one block away. The unit is centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria where there are also several shopping areas and many restaurants. St. Armand's Circle, Robinson Preserve, Bradenton's Riverwalk, DeSoto National Park and Ringling Museum all make for great local day trips!

Join us at Holmes Beach for the most beautiful sunsets and experience the tradition of Old Florida.

These are older, charming units built in the 50's that we continually update. Housekeepers clean at the beginning and end of each guest stay.

Can't beat the gulf views and the sunsets....

HONOR THE 10AM CHECKOUT TIME: The housekeeping staff arrives at 10am to prepare the house for the next guests. ON DEMAND SERVICES Make sure you have logged out of all apps on the TVs (if applicable).
LEFTOVER FOOD: You may leave unused food/drinks in the kitchen. Please discard all restaurant leftovers. LINENS: It is not necessary to strip the sheets from the beds or wash towels.
RETURN ITEMS TO THEIR PLACE: Return all furniture and décor that was moved during your stay to its original locations, including outdoor furniture. Thanks for respecting our property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking - Located at the rear of the unit. Take 30th Street West toward the beach, then right on Avenue F down the alley.
Pets - Your dog may bark if unattended and must NOT bother neighbors or other guests. Pets must also be leashed at all times. A pet fee is required.
Noise Ordinance - Holmes Beach maintains a strict noise policy after 10pm nightly. Please refrain from gathering on the deck/balcony after 10pm.

The overall stay was nice. Luckily, there was no one staying downstairs. The properties are on top of each other and one directly in front of this property. The parking is for two small vehicles on property. The mattress in the “master” is awful. Both of our backs are killing us. It is near public access so the beach can be crowded.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to resolve the minor issue we had. We would be happy to return!

My favorite stay on AMI

The location of this place was so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door. They had beach chairs and towels for my stay and everything I needed inside the unit. It was great having washer and dryer and the thermostat was at a perfect temp all week. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the thermostat was in the unit, I never had to adjust it. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Quaint beach cottage tucked away from the hustle an bustle of the island. The upper unit had a spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.Communication with the property managers was great!We have already booked again for next year!Thank you for a wonderful stay!
