This new two bedroom/two bath unit is great for families, with an ultra-comfortable pillow-top queen bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest room.The sleeper sofa can accommodate two more. We have 2 extra roll away beds. Upgrades abound with large 20” ceramic travertine tiles laid on diagonal in the entry, kitchen, main living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. A slate tile backsplash in the kitchen accentuates the granite countertops and a tiled knee-wall on the breakfast bar adds to this unit’s unique look. New stainless steel appliances.
The décor is contemporary and inviting, with a rich leather couch and loveseat in the family room and a raised dining table that offers gulf views to enhance your dining experience. Beautiful ceiling fans adorn both bedrooms and the family room, and unique fixtures are found throughout. The family room has a flat panel lcd tv with dvd/cd player. The master also has a flat panel tv with dvd player and the guest room has a tv/dvd/vcr unit. Both bathrooms have glass shower/tub doors.

Perfect location; convenient to everything. Clean and well managed. Solange was super sweet and very responsive to all of our questions.

The only issue that I had that the owner turned her phone off at a certain time and she was not always available, and the mattress need to be replaced , everything else was great!!! The locks on the door need to be checked and the sofa bed needso to be checked often
Avril, I emailed you with all the details of the property 3 days prior to arrival. It included the condo address, the code to get in etc. The day of arrival you asked me the address of the property, I gave it to you again and asked you to refer to my previous email. I'm always available to answer my phone in a reasonable time, but when you try to call me at 2:30 in the morning to get the code to get in, that is unreasonable, specially when everything was well written in the rental agreement.
What is the problem with the lock? Also, what mattress are referring to? They mattresses in the guest bedroom are less than one year old.a
Great condo with a huge balcony where we stayed most of the time
We loved it every minute. The place was clean and updated. It's a perfect get away.
The property served the purpose while we were in Panama City Beach. We were given short notice that the exterior of the building was being painted and were extended an extra nights stay due to the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
We had to put up with overhanging lines from painters throughout our stay over the balcony (we never did see any painters the entire week we were there!)
When we first arrived we had to park across the street as the main parking structure was closed due to the exterior being painted. The main parking structure opened up three days later.
We were never able to use the main pool as the gates were chained and locked, the free beach chairs that were advertised when we booked the property were non existent as they were all locked down and unobtainable.
We were in the elevator with a maintenance person at one time during our trip and asked about the excessive moisture on the balconies and walkways as it was leading to slippery situations, he advised it was from the rain they had been having. He went on to state the elevators could short out due to the excessive moisture and if you just so happened to be in there you could be in there for hours while they worked on it. Needless to say we were nervous riding in the elevator from that point on (we were located on the 10th floor).
There was no beach access, it was blocked by a wheel barrow and 2x4's. We had to walk around to another property to gain access to the beach which was inconvenient.
The interior of the condo is in need of upkeep. Curtains were falling from the curtain rods in the living room, the curtain hold backs are pulling away from the walls, electrical sockets are pulling away from the walls and the main slider was very difficult to unlock to enjoy the million dollar view.
Again, I want to apologize for the inconvenience that the painting project caused you and your family during your stay. Management advised the owners back in the beginning of June that the painting project would be completed by December 15. The painting on the beach side of the building was supposed to be completed by November. Unfortunately, those dates were not met. As you stated, our facilities were inaccessible even though work was not ongoing. I did inform you a week prior to your arrival as to the ongoing work, which we expected to be completed by the time of your stay. This situation was beyond our control. On another point, the rental agreement, which is uploaded in the VRBO website for our property, clearly states that beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are available only between March 1 to October 31. We are visiting our unit soon and we will take care of the curtains and electrical sockets. These maintenance items had not been brought to our attention. Thank you for let us know.
Beautiful! Loved the balcony!
Such a beautiful place to stay. Loved the decor and overall cozy feeling of the entire condo. The balcony is amazing! We spent a lot of time out there from eating our meals to playing board games and just relaxing. Loved being on the 10th floor and being able to look out from the balcony and see dolphins playing! If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with amazing views, this is definitely the right place! Not to mention the communication with the owner was great with quick responses and extremely helpful! We can't wait to start planning our next beach trip!

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR OCEAN VILLA AND UNIT 1002 PARKING PASSES/WRISTBANDS: Parking pass must be displayed on rear view mirror or dashboard at all times on the property or your car will be towed. Wristbands must be worn while using all recreational facilities. PLEASE LEAVE REUSABLE WRISTBANDS AND PARKING PASSES IN THE KITCHEN AFTER USE. OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS: Bay county law permits NO more
