The main master has a Cal-king bed and balcony with golf course, Ocean and Catalina Island views + 40' flat screen TV, Roku with Netflix and many other streaming channels and Blue Ray DVD player. Smaller master bedroom has a twin bed with a pullout twin Trundle. Loft has a full size sofa/click-clack bed with golf and ocean views. Downstairs includes formal dining room, with 4 chairs. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove with oven and 8 bar stools. The golf front back yard includes a natural gas BBQ and patio furniture sitting for 12.
