Welcome to your brand new renovated luxurious 2 Bedroom/ 2 bath/ 4 Beds haven in the Prestigious Ritz Point next to Waldorf Astoria, Golf course, Dana Point Harbor, Doheny beach and Laguna Beach . Walking distance to beautiful Salt Creek Beach/Ritz Carlton. This brand new, exquisitely remodeled rental offers the perfect blend of elegance, convenience, and coastal living.

The space:
Fully Equipped kitchen with brand new dishwasher/stove/microwave. Fully Supplied kitchen to make your visit as comfortable and homely as possible.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. Second bedroom two twin beds. The Sofa in the living room turns into a full size bed. Private laundry room with Washer and Dryer fully supplied with detergent and fabric softener.

Living room has a 55" Smart TV and so does the Master Bedroom.

Ritz Point is a prestigious guard gated community with Swimming pool, Club House, Workout Gym and two Jacuzzi Spas, one over looking the Ocean. One assigned parking space with plenty of guest partaking.

This unit has been completely renovated with all new bathroom shower/cabinet/flooring, Kitchen flooring/Cabinet/appliances. As well as new carpet.

All furniture is new and is waiting for the guests to enjoy their vacation and feel at home.

Stay at Dana Point

Really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect! Nice walk to Salt Creek Beach, easy drive to Dana Point Harbour. The hot tub in the club house was very relaxing. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Everything was very nice and accommodating for our needs, the washer and dryer made packing to go home with fresh clothes a breeze ( literally).😊

Safe and quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was in a nice area. Had a nice balcony area. It was so nice to have laundry in the unit. It was big enough for 5 adults. Only negative I would say is the carpet wasn’t real clean and wasn’t even, it had weird inclines in it.

Nice and clean place

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Place was very clean and we had everything that we needed! Also, very close to everything and the trolly stop is just down the street! We also liked that the pool was as close as it was! Would stay again!

Clean and comfortable in a nice location

Overall enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and felt almost new. Nice pool and hot tub. Issue with a neighbor a building over.

We have been vacationing at the Ritz Ponte for many years and Sheila and Alex's condo was with out a doubt the best property we've had the pleasure to stay in.It was beautifully decorated and completely updated. We loved the spacious, airy feeling and the colors were perfect for a beach vacation. The location is terrific and gave us access to wherever we wanted to go.Both Sheila and Alex live close by and were able to be available at any time we needed their help. They truely are exceptional hosts.We loved their condo so much,that we have already reserved it again for next summer!

Spotless and great location in Dana Point! Sheila has been an excellent host - very nice and always responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there next time we travel from Sweden to Dana Point.

The condo was clean and bright, whites and beiges with some blue. The requisite beach theme was minimal and less hokey than most.Very pretty kitchen with oils, sugar and some spices. In the primary bedroom, the king bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were appreciated. Having a parking spot nearby was good although with the rain over Christmas I had to remove my shoes and socks to open my car door!Suggested Improvements: Needed Kitchen Additions: water filter, measuring spoons and measuring cups, hand mixer and blender. Descaling of coffee machine and repair of refrigerator door.Needed Primary Bath Additions: Bath mat, soap or body wash in the shower stall, extra rolls of toilet paper under sink rather than in the laundry room, safety grab bar in shower stall.

Great Location and Amenities

We were in Dana Point to attend a nearby equestrian event. The location and amenities of this apartment were great for us. The description is very accurate- the apartment has been recently renovated and we felt that the value was terrific. The Club House was right next door and we used it on our last night for a small family gathering. Highly recommend.

Room for Improvement

Property not cleaned on arrival. This was fixed the following day. However the complex was not well maintained.The pictures of pool were not accurate.There was drilling on the interior closet wall for many hours - had to leave.
