Waking to the sun rising out the beach bedroom window directly over 10,023 foot Mt. Haleakala is one of the highlights of a trip to this property.

Amazing property that met all of our needs

The condo was perfectly situated with access to both a pool and the ocean within a few steps. The Smiths ensure that all of your needs are met. We really appreciated the leisure items - chairs, boogie boards, snorkels. In addition, the very well stocked pantry and cleaning supplies allowed us to feel truly at home. We had a trip the memories of which will last a lifetime.

Fabulous unit in a great location!

This was our family's first time in Maui and we had a great time. I cannot say enough great things about Richard's condo...from location, cleanliness, convenience, it was all great. Richard's place was very close to the airport making it so convenient for us upon arrival. The condo is clean, modern, and spacious. The beds are large and you can easily fit 6 people in the room (2 per bed + 2 on sofa bed). We were very pleased by the cleanliness of the condo and felt at home. The condo building itself is waterfront and has a great pool and BBQ. There is a beach a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. The location of the condo is perfect as it was minutes away from our boat trip (literally next door-Pride of Maui, ziplining, Maui Zipline, and a short 15-20 minute drive away for Kihei and Lahaina which are great for shopping and restaurants. Thank you Richard for being such a great host!!

Very convenient to lots of places

Loved being on the ground floor. Great place for two couples. Pool was closed for repairs but will be nice when finished, neighbors pool was nice to use and close also. Lots of available items to use without having to buy unnecessary items. Clean and well kept. Loved watching the turtles feed.

Richard and Jackie were the best hosts. They were prompt and helpful. Maalae Kai is an amazing property and condo 110 is great. This is the third time we have stayed at Maalae Kai and first time we stayed at 110. All the people were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I liked it so much we spent a day looking at condos to buy. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

One of the best on so many levels

These folks really know how to set up a vacation rental!

First off the location. Maalaea is not in the center of Kehei, Kaanapali, or other high end properties. And so, it is quiet, the grounds are well manicured, you are steps from the pool and the waters edge. The beach is a half mile down the road, a good walk, but worth it. The location puts you in a central location to explore the island.

Then there is the condo. Two bedrooms with updated bathrooms ensuite. You will find all of the expected accessories for a Maui vacation plus a lot more. Lets just say that a fully stocked kitchen including tinfoil, plastic wrap, spices, Brita water filter, icemaker in the freezer, you get the idea. Binoculars for viewing the wildlife and sea creatures, shampoo and body wash, beach chairs, a great beach umbrella, cooler and ice packs, golf clubs (!), fishing gear (!). Other condo owners take note. This is how you do it!. And if previous renters have left them behind you may find condiments and other items in the fridge and in the kitchen, suntan lotion, body lotion, I could keep going.

We will def stay here again.
