A great vacation rental located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community. This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo backs up to the Sea Palms Marsh. If you are an early riser you can sit on the deck with your cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the marsh. Centrally located on the Island you're only 15 minutes away from Neptune Park and pier. Where you can fish off the pier, or browse through the quaint shops and eateries on Mallery St. There are many activities to do here on the island from kayaking to just strolling on the pier. This condo will be a great place to kick back and relax at the end of your day!!!

Great condo with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at Barry’s condo. The view off the back patio was great and the place was extremely clean when we checked in. Barry was very accommodating and made our trip very enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here, had a great experience.

Nicely renovated unit with very good marsh view.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Quiet but with easy access to restaurants, golf, beaches. Great deck with an impressive view of the marsh. We intend to book there again in the future.

Barry was very accommodating and the condo is nicely renovated, spacious, and stocked with everything you need to cook while on vacation. The new deck has wonderful views of the marsh. We loved our time here and can't wait to come back.
