This single level, home located on the quiet north end of Sunriver, is great for the whole family. The living room, with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light, is equipped with a gas fireplace, large Smart TV with cable and comfortable furnishings. While relaxing on the cozy furnishings, you'll enjoy great views of the surrounding pine forest. Your pup will enjoy being near the new dog park.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to make meals for your whole group. Off the dining area with seating for 6, you can access the patio to enjoy a meal outside or enjoy a soak in the full fenced private hot tub.

Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom One is a large bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and patio access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. This bedroom features a twin+trundle bed, perfect for the kiddos.

If a little game time action is what you are looking for, head into the garage for a friendly game of ping pong table.

When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer set off on foot or hop on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental to explore over 30 miles of paved paths, with access right outside your door. You will have a great time choosing your adventure - the fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

We had a great stay! The house was located close to the entry of Sunriver, which made it easy to go places during our stay. Just a short drive to a nearby park and the little town center for food options.The house was super clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and private. It was nice and dog-friendly. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay, we'll definitely rent here again. It's only a few minutes to the Village and we enjoy the quiet setting. We didn't get to the hot tub this time, but ping pong was a hit. The house was clean and had AC, which is big for us.

We stay in many VRBO locations, this was one of the best. Great house, nice furniture, comfortable beds. Very clean and well appointed. Perfect location for walking to the village, we had mom and baby deer walk through the backyard every day! Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, otherwise you’ll have everything you need!

A Great Getaway!

This is our second stay in Sunriver and we absolutely loved the location of this house! Clean and comfortable, it provided plenty of room for our family of four and we all enjoyed the amenities the house has to offer (especially the Ping Pong table!). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 and 1 dog. The property was clean and ready for our arrival the moment we walked in. The management company did a wonderful job in communicating with us throughout the trip and even offered guest perks with discounts at various local restaurants, activities, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this property again. Fantastic Home!

The house had a fantastic layout and was well equipped. The gas fireplace was cozy after a day in the snow and the hot tub was lovely. Grateful to bring our old pug and loved the home.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Very clean. We will definitely stay at this home again. The Bennington Property Host, Ruby, was awesome with her response time when we had difficulty using the keypad at the front door.

Beautiful home, wonderfully furnished, excellent value

This lovely home exceeded this picky traveler’s expectations. We entertained our sons’ families here for several dinners and had absolutely everything we needed to handle a crowd: gas grill, serving dishes, utensils and space. Kids ate at table on deck, adults at indoor dining room table. Living room offered ample and comfortable seating, and the beds were heavenly. Loved all the towels and extra bedding. The pool table kept the littles happily busy while the grownups grilled. The home was truly spotless. The management company even got us in early—so appreciated after a long drive. The folks at Bennington could not have been more helpful or courteous.

Our family stayed here for a Christmas trip and we had a wonderful time! The house was suitable for us and the texting communication with the property managers were nice. The original check in time is 5:00pm, which is too late in my opinion, but the managers texted us early in the day letting us know the house was ready for us which we very much appreciated! The home was cozy. I enjoyed the fireplace and the open kitchen/living/dining. The only things that were not so great (but not deal breakers) was the master bathroom shower didn’t get very hot (however the hall bath was fine) and the house had lots of dog hair (we realize this is a pet friendly home and we have a dog at home & deal with dog hair often - just something to be aware of). Overall, we had a good stay!

Great Thanksgiving week in Sunriver

It was a great week. The jacuzzi under the stars was magical. This little house is perfect for hanging out, watching movies, playing games, cooking, building a snowman and just relaxing. It’s clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful visit.
